Bathtoast is a darkly sarcastic reflection on ADHD, guilt, and survival. It explores how impulsive thoughts and shame spiral into moments of risk, only to be short-circuited by the very chaos that caused them. A bittersweet, off-kilter blend of melancholy and irony, the track captures the strange comfort of distraction and the accidental ways a divergent mind can save itself.
