I close my POTENCIAL BIÓTICO album with this contemporary revival of a philosophical song I wrote 19 years ago when my grandpa died.

Could describe it as a requiem for guitar quartet, 2 voices, rhythmic base & church bell (you may know the piano version at https://soundcloud.com/esemanolain-ruizzo/sets/piano-sessions-2012 album).

A mostly slow piece with lotta soul and no artistic ambition (but a little ‘Pros&Cons’ air to the end ;).

A water flea is called "mijinko" in Japanese. Various zooplanktons and phytoplanktons appear in this song. They have curious shapes and make funny motions. Enjoy the interesting microworld!

It has been a hard year with not a lot to smile about - stressful fear that all will not end in a positive way. But now the fear is going away and there is hope once again. But so many are not here to share that.  There is much sadness in many people's lives. Where will be one year from now? Will we have a new appreciation for the life we had - the one we took for granted? A year ago we had no idea what we were going to go through. So we can smile now.
