Yuan Shao（？〜202）

Yuan Shao. Yuan Shao was born into a prestigious family that had produced high-ranking officials for generations, and served as the leader of the anti-Dong Zhuo coalition.

He defeated his old enemy, Gongsun Zan, and established a great power. There were many talented people under his command, such as Tian Feng, Mu Zhi, Yan Liang, Wen Wu, and Zhang He.
At that time, he could be said to be the person closest to unifying China.

In 200, he fought against his old friend Cao Cao, who protected the Emperor of Han.
This is what the world calls the Battle of Guandu.

Although Yuan Shao had an advantage with 10 times more troops, he was defeated by Cao Cao because he fought a short decisive battle without listening to the advice of his senior vassals.

Two years later, Yuan Shao died of illness. Although the Yuan family fled to the north, factional conflicts intensified.
As a result, the Yuan family rapidly declined.


袁绍（？〜202）

袁绍出身名门望族，世代出高官，是反董卓联军的领袖。

他打败了宿敌公孙瓒，建立了一个大国，麾下有田丰、穆植、颜良、文武、张郃等人才辈出。
当时，他可以说是最接近统一中国的人。

200年，他与保护汉皇帝的老朋友曹操作战。
这就是世人所说的官渡之战。

袁绍虽然拥有十倍兵力的优势，但因为没有听从诸侯高人的建议，进行了短暂的决战，最终被曹操击败。

两年后，袁绍病逝，袁氏虽北逃，派系矛盾却愈演愈烈。
袁氏因此迅速衰落。
