A message From DRMIS SOUNDSYSTEM;

For me this split was about trying new things and bringing my friend music to the world. I really like gunship music and in the song dark all day they have this electric guitar crunch at some point. Thats were I took the idea of incorporating the electric guitar in my composition. So I took my average guitar skills and try to record 4 songs mixing synthwave and a kinda heavy metal sound. I never mixed guitar before but im fairly pleased of the end result. I like the rawness of these songs and it pushed me from something entirelly virtual. The next step is to find a decent singer for my next release and im set to become a legends. At least thats whats im telling myself.

For the cover i used a photo that i took in Lévis while walking with my girlfriend at night. I then mixed that with other picture taken on the internet with photoshop to create this catastrophic disaster

So basically solace is youre refuge while the world slowly burn... i hope you like these songs like i do!

A message from DRMIS SOUNDSYSTEM

I wanted to make an album thats both aggressive with big Bass and drums that pops. Also, I wanted more song diversity so theres some dance beats in this album with songs like Fresh Trail Of Blood or Midnite's Nightclub.

When I started this, I was mainly listening to Alex and Tokyo Rose Akuma and Akuma 2 and they really inspire me with their composition and how they sound. Besides that I wanted to share my love for movies with the sample from dog soldiers or the fly.
