 In the summer of 2020, we met and it was certainly NOT A CHANCE ENCOUNTER, but an ocean and pandemic separated us from our DISTANT LOVE. We couldn’t even FLY to meet one another in person for almost a year. We were only together in our dreams and told each other; I DREAMT of you LAST NIGHT… And oh, TE EXTRAÑO we proclaimed to one another. Finally, for the first time, we were able to meet under the palm trees and our first SWEET EXPLOSIONS together burst forth like fireworks against the backdrop of the night sky. 
We got engaged under the stars and promised LET’S FIND OUR WAY so that we never have to part. We applied for a visa, and received some WHITE HOUSE MAIL, to help liven our spirits and stay positive while we waited over a year for the Visa to be approved. So many times we said, hang in there, because BABY I’M COMING FOR YOU!  So let the SUNBEAMS brighten up your day. And now, being fortunate enough to create so many wonderful memories together, we know the true DEFINITION OF SUBLIME. We are so happy to be living A STORY THAT NEVER ENDS and now, after all this time, we have had the highest highs, the lowest lows, the biggest smiles and painful tears, our COSMIC CONVERGENCE is finally almost complete !

Distant Love

Delving into personal turmoil with a relatable air of longing, ‘Not A Problem’  walks the line between admitting weakness and over-indulging in the comfort of ignorance as bliss. It’s unexpectedly familiar, this need for connection and the juxtaposed desire to never be a burden, and Estella has accessed that by way of an achingly beautiful melody; performed with a sublime fusion of confidence and longing. This display of raw and conflicting emotions is powerful, and has been captured with the sort of authenticity and soul that’s unmistakable as Estella. 

Offering an enchanting combination of melodic resolve and brief lyrical torment, ‘Not A Problem relays a wish to understand the human journey, yet also partially acknowledges the bridges burned along the way.
