It is an honor to share the voice and expertise of Dr. Devin Buckley. Dr. Buckley joins the Warriors for an in-depth discussion about feminism and the academic ideology behind the 'pro-sex work' movement in 2022. We also discuss the lack of critical thinking in academia today.

Dr. Buckley teaches at CUNY (The City University of New York) and obtained her Ph.D. from Duke University where she studied literature and philosophy of the British Romantic movement. She also has a science background and has received several awards and honors in both philosophy and neuroscience. Dr. Buckley writes for the online magazine 4W where she publishes articles on feminist philosophy. I urge all of you to read 'What A Romantic Poet Can Teach Us About Sex Positivity.'

We also discuss our recent trip to Albany for Lobby Day. Members of New Yorkers for the Equality Model and World Without Exploitation descended upon our elected officials to raise awareness and gain additional support for The Sex Trade Survivors Justice & Equality Act. It is a much-needed bipartisan bill that will decriminalize people in prostitution yet hold pimps, traffickers, sex buyers and any third party that causes harm responsible.
