Solomon is the front-man of South African super-group BIG FKN GUN. BIG FKN GUN recently released their critically acclaimed EP titled "Pop Models". The Pop Models EP boasts some pretty sick sonic landscapes and features Okmalumkoolkat and Spoek Mathambo. Solomon raps in Zulu, which is an indigenous South African language. Naked eYe/The Beat Bender
(Hip-Hop Artist/Beatmaker and Producer)
Born Masilo Moroenyane in Evaton a town South of Gauteng on the 26th of July 1984, Naked eYe has grown to be one of the most influential artists and activist in South African Hip-Hop. In 2005 he and rhyme partner, Thapelo “DisMental Thee Example” Motlana formed and started a hip-hop duo named One-2.  

The two started working on their first project late 2005, a 10 track E.P titled Full Circle fully produced by Naked eYe that was set to establish them as a brand to be reckoned with in and out of Gauteng. The motive proved to be a success as they managed to establish their brand (One-2) by handing out their first E.P freely around the Vaal and the greater Gauteng. This managed to get them calls to perform on various Hip-Hop and Poetry shows in and around Gauteng, and invites to VUT fm & Theta fm as well as gracing the pages of Hype Magazine.

In 2006/2007 the duo then began on working on their debut full length album titled Microphone Blank Checqk, with Naked eYe producing 90% of the project. It did well in getting the duo recognition in Hip-Hop circles in and around Gauteng with singles such as Dedication landing on the #1 spot for 4 weeks on the VUT fm’s Top 40 Block Busters and Setsenwa causing a Bluetooth craze. The album sold 300 copies in just a few months via hand to hand retail.

In April 2009 the duo released their 3rd instalment We Ain’t Done Yet... with more than 50% of it produced by Naked eYe and the rest by the likes of Instro,  MoKatalyst and Eazy. The album featured Mothipa, Feastore, Samza (The Fridge), Zeeko and Tshwarelo. The album received massive air-play from UJ Fm, Metro FM, Y FM, Umhlobo Wenene, T.U.T FM, Theta FM, V.U.T FM, Aganang FM and Karabo FM. It also went on to receive 2 nominations at the 2009/10 MTN HYPE Awards in the categories Best Album and Best Mixtape with the lead single video Ahuu! receiving air-play on Soweto Tv and Channel O. The project sold well close to 3000 copies with hand to hand retail and direct mail order system and landed the duo on Ses’ khona (SABC 1), YO-TV (SABC 1), Shiz Niz (eTV) and Ziyawa La (SABC 1). 

It also saw them sharing stages with South Africa’s biggest names, the likes of HHP, ProVerb, Skwatta Kamp, Last Days Fam, Sake Of Skill, Khuli Chana, Optical Illusion, Hymphatic Thabs, The Soil, R-senic, Driemanskap, Abdus, Zakwe, PRO, AKA etc. 

Now Naked eYe also known as The Beat Bender releases THE BEAT BENDING SESSIONS VOL. 1(January 2013) featuring The Beat Oven under his self-owned label DIG IT DEEP PRODUCTIONS. This project is set to affirm his intentions as a Beatmaker/Lyricist and a well rounded Hip-Hop revolutionary using music as a torch for those seeking light and insight.
