A Karnivore Musik Group founding member, Slimm Kushie is a product of Atlanta, GA.  Raised by a single parent with 2 siblings,  Kushie began his music career at the young age of 13 with brothers in the mid 90's with a brief stint as member of groups TroubledSoulz,  Villian Inc., Karnivore & most recently a member of duo 'DoubleUP' which eventually saw him make a move to a solo career.  His main influences are southern acts Outkast, Goodie MOB, Ludacris, T.I., as well as west coast legends 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and other artists whose music has made a contribution to society.  Slimm's style is pure south with substance unlike a lot of the music being played today.  If real music with substance is what you yearn for then Slimm Kushie and his brand of South music is what you are looking for.  One thing you may hear him say of chant is Stay hungry, Stay humble which is a creed each member lives by.
