How was this song made?

Grabbed the beat that is used with the same Kamy rap from the Rap Sample Pack courtesy of Basement Freaks via Black Octopus Records, then place 2 more beats on top to give a real fresh kicking push to the song. Then put 30% Swing onto the beats to give a bonus human element to the flow. From there we set about creating the Piano Melody and background stabs including the flute riff and brass section then place a Cor Anglais (English Horn) and Jean Michael Jarre synth strings for the chorus sections followed by a cool mix of scratches and background voices and finally created the bass synth to be warm in the mix before layering in the KAMY rap and Kasha vocals.

Effects Used: Valhalla shimmer (Kasha's Vocals for distance short depth dimension) Polyverse Wider set at 115% for both Kasha & Kamy vocals & used a tiny FL Studio Delay 2 as a tiny doubler for Kamy's Rap...not needed but we wanted a little liveness to the rap. Izotope's Elements 9 on both vocals for mix level and tonal balance between them.
Synth used; Roland JD-Xi for the synth leads and also for the brass section
DAW Used: FL Studio then switched too STUDIO 1 for mixdown
