21 year old Mike is a fresh face to the Detroit Electronic Scene.
While growing up in the suburbs of Detroit, Mike developed a hardcore love for EDM at his first listen and has since dreamed of making his big debut in this Mecca of Music that we all love.
Mike is off to a quick start in 2011 and feels he has a lot to prove in this big city--so far, he hasn't missed a beat! Massiffect has gained recent from the Bass community after starting his career as a Dubstep DJ, but quickly realized that his heart wanted MORE. His prayers answered by Drumstep...Mike now is able to swap from his previous favorite genre DnB through Drumstep and into Dubstep, opening a whole new direction for his relentless pace during his sets. With this new ability to speed things up and slow things down at will, Massiffect has created his own unique and explosive--yet smooth "roller coaster" style of mixing that sets him apart from the masses.

DJ $arge is a Indianapolis local UK hardcore/Happy hardcore dj that is new to the hardcore nation. he started spinning back in 2008 for some buddies at there house parties and that was it. Doing all sorts of styles and music types he made him self very versatile. After enlisting in the Indiana Army National Guard he went on a break, aka basic training. after returning from that he decided it was time to get his name out as a UK hardcore DJ and here he is today!

With 20 years spinning beats under his belt, Craig Wilson knows how to keep a floor grooving.

Best known for his love of underground dance music, and his ability of fusing House & Nu Disco, he has played at festivals such as Splendour In The Grass, Playground Weekender (playing on the Tropicana Pool Stage, where he warmed up 2000 people for the legendary LTJ Bukem who played a rare House set), clubs, bars, after-parties and private events from Sydney to Northern Queensland.

Craig has supported international and local acts such as LTJ Bukem, T.V Rock, Alex Lloyd, The Warp Brothers, Riot In Belgium, Rob Milton, The Stafford Brothers, Simon Caldwell, Matt Vaughan, Feisty, Mark Murphy, Sveta, Gemma and Don Nadi to name a few. His experience in programming the right type of set, whether a warm up, peak time or a cool down, has been met with open respect from all of these artists.
A regular Dj on the GLBTI scene in NSW, Craig has played at numerous “Tropical Fruits” NYE/NYD festivals and events, “Coast Out” festivals, “Trouble In Paradise” events and also at legendary Sydney nights “Extra Dirty” and “Loose Ends”.

Not only content with Djing Craig has for the last 10 years, as Frou Frou Productions, been promoting inclusive events "DELICIOUS", “YUMMY”, “TASTY” and "Beats, Bowls & Blingo" at various venues around the Northern Rivers and has been a firm fixture on the Northern Rivers of NSW scene for many years.

Songstress Jennifer Matthews is a noted, award winning roots rock singer/songwriter with a mesmerizing voice and a gorgeous lyrical style. Her songs have been described as melodic, catchy and original.

Jennifer is a prolific singer/songwriter and has released 8 records, a live DVD recorded 2009 in Rome, Italy, a poetry book that is archived at Harvard University and an international touring schedule that has encompassed the U.S., Japan, Korea, Italy, Switzerland, England and Alaska gaining her the reputation as being an artist whose music and performance are unforgettable.

Matthews studied vocal performance at the University of Colorado in Boulder and at Denver's School of Music. While in Colorado, she established herself as a solo artist, performing in local bars and coffeehouses. During this period she developed her unique vocal style and her songs gained recognition, leading to several awards from the Rocky Mountain Music Association. This also led to an invitation for Jennifer to bring her band and her music overseas to perform for the U.S. troops stationed in Asia. 

Jennifer received an acknowledgement award from Billboard Music Magazine stating that she is writing at a high level as a songwriter and compared her song ‘The Wheel’ as an example of what great songs are made of. Her 2005 CD, ‘The Wheel’ (Thundamoon Records), was picked up by ACM Records in New York City and received international distribution. Metronome Music Magazine placed "The Wheel" in their Top 15 picks of the year for 2005 right along with guitar god Eric Johnson and Elvin Bishop... they wrote... "Jennifer Matthews is sassy, sexy, edgy and above all, talented! Jennifer Matthews rocked the scene with her album The Wheel!"

Jennifer’s licensing credits include: ‘Brother’ placed in ‘Spy the Movie’, ‘Lemon Peels and Tangerines’… recently placed on the CW Hit TV Series Gossip Girl, ‘Digital Jargon’ on E ! News Live and ‘Raise the Radio’ on the compilation ‘Female Revolution’ (ACM records, NY).

Her new CD, ‘Tales of a Salty Sweetheart’(Thundamoon Records) was released in the Fall of 2013. It is a real acoustic rock gem.

But his love for the music goes way back to his childhood fascination with the Miami Bass/Latin Freestyle music that was all over the airwaves back in the 90's in South Florida. That childhood fascination accounts for his love of all "Street Music" ranging from> Breaks to Hip Hop to Jungle, Jump Up, Drum & Bass

SidEShoW broke his DJ cherry at an Underground>Every Saturday Night>Buy Extacy at the door type of place called "The Playground" around 2004 in West Palm Beach 
(All you PlayGrounder's, I wana Hear From Ya!!!). 
From then on he would show up here and there at random clubs and parties. He Started producing around that same time with a shitty computer and a pirated version of Acid 4.0. He collaborated with "Bets1ne" (Much Love for Topher) on songs such as "Quack" and "Donkey Punch Tuesday" he also created sum toons on his own, i.e. "Sunday Morning Birds" and a DrumTek Remix of the song from fraggle rock, happily named "Fraggle". These songs are long lost due to computer malfunction, But thanks to MySpace.com (https://myspace.com/djsideshow) you can still listen to the ruff cuts of these early SidEShoW releases. 

In 2009/2010 (While on house arrest) he created a number of dubplate mixes and a track called "BackDown" (Featured on this site). 

Now,  after a 3 year hiatus, he is more than ready to put himself back on the map.

I began my first national tour out of high school in 2006. A few years later, I toured internationally in Costa Rica. In 2013, I had 3 albums under my belt ranging from Country to Rock. I have opened for numerous bands, including some well known names such as, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Marcy's Playground, Edema, and Black Stone Cherry. Being raised in Texas, Rock and Country music has always been close to my heart. My influences include, Garth Brooks, Rob Thomas, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, George Strait, Johnny Cash, Chris Stapleton, and Goo Goo Dolls. I took a 5 year hiatus from music to start a family, and now I'm venturing out to start a solo career with a Country/Rock sound.

Jimmy Gaynor, started playing guitar in April 1970, a few months before Jimi Hendrix died. A year later he formed is first band Red House, in memory of Jimi, and made a big impact on the Dublin music scene, along side 'Thin Lizzy”, “Skid Row” and “Horslips”. 
Moving on he formed “Angel”, who played all over Ireland, recorded in England. Then after a stint with Rob Strong (The Commitments), Jimmy took Gary Moore's place in “Skid Row”, but getting itchy feet again, he formed “The East Coast Angels” who played alongside “U2” in the late 70's, releasing the now rare and legendary “Punk Rockin” single. Next came “The Shy”, who were featured on the “Vinyl Verdict” album, a compilation of all the best Dublin bands of the time.
After this Jimmy moved to England and found immediate success appearing with Jools Holland on the TV Show “The Tube”, also featuring Paula Yates. 
The next few years were spent recording and playing in England and Spain, helping along the way to form “Paddy goes to Holyhead”. Towards the end of the 80's, formed “The Dublin Cowboys” and spent the next 10 years, playing all over England also releasing the EP “Branded”.  
At the beginning of the new millennium, Jimmy opened his own studio Electric Playground, and started writing and recording in earnest.
Which brings us full circle, back to the music that Jimmy started out playing, Blues, BluesRock, Rock, etc. It's this music, that Jimmy will be writing, recording, uploading and selling in the forseable future. This is the story so far, and the journey continues...

Biog. 
Da Sunlounge, based in the Midlands UK, began DJ’ing in the deep house scene over 15 years ago. In the early days of his career, he co-hosted the successful Travelling Without Moving night and shared the 1210s on many occasions with the likes of Terry Francis, Clive Henry (Peace Division), Andy Wetherall, Rob Mello, Atjazz, Digs’n’Woosh, Rocky, Elliot Eastwick, Fred Everything, Inland Knights, House of 909, the DIY DJ’s and many more. 

In 2000, while playing alongside Clive Henry, he played a dub plate of one of his first productions. Clive heard it and immediately signed it to his label, Low Pressings. Later that year, Da Sunlounge followed it up with a second release on Low Pressings, which was played by Danny Rampling to open his Radio 1 show live from Ibiza. 

Shortly after, Da Sunlounge was head hunted by Canadian label 83 West to release on their sub-label Camouflage recordings. In a short space of time, Da Sunlounge found himself releasing music between the likes of H-Foundation, Dj Sneak, Peace Division, Gene Farris, Stacy Kidd, DJ Rasoul etc. 

As his career progressed, Da Sunlounge went on to release music on numerous labels including, 
2020 Vision,Smoke & Mirrors, OM, Salted Music, Tango, Amenti Music, Double Down, So Sound, Lost My Dog,  and remixing great bands such as Crazy P. His music also found its way onto front cover mounts such as Mixmag, and compilation CDs by Fabric, Defected, Ministry of Sound, NRK, Hed Kandi.

In 2001, his own label Myna Music was launched, gaining support from a wide array of DJs around the globe and picking up plays on leading radio stations such as Radio 1. Myna has remained strong over the years and reached it’s 10 year anniversary in 2011 with a back catalogue totalling 47 releases. Following Myna’s success, in 2005 Da Sunlounge launched his second label, Bambino Recordings, and Borrowed Music in 2008 with studio partner Andy Riley of Inland Knights. 
You can hear Da Sunlounge's music being supported from the likes of Miguel Campbell, Mark Farina, Noir, Miguel Migs, Radio 1 DJ's, Crazy P, Maceo Plex, Inland Knights,Sam Divine, Sonny Fodera to name a few. 

The success of Da Sunlounge’s productions subsequently launched a busy international DJ schedule, and playing at some outstanding events. To name just a few memorable ones…
DJ’ing at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain in Brazil; Boat party sailing around Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge; Playground Weekender in Australia on the same bill as Laurent Garnier; Dj’ing within a Castle grounds in Bratislava; playing huge beach parties to 1000s in Eastern Europe; and back to playing in the UK at the world renowned Fabric in London. 

Over the past decade, DJ’ing has taken him to the USA, New Zealand, Malaysia, South Africa, Serbia, Spain, Czech Rep., Lithuania, Georgia, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and of course all over the UK.

As one of the original, longer standing, deep house producers & DJs, Da Sunlounge continues to go from strength to strength. With up and coming releases and remixes on various international leading labels and a colourful DJ career. Be sure to keep an eye & ear out for Da Sunlounge!

Citizen X is a local Sydney dj – who has been unobtrusively playing the Sydney Club and Bar scene for close to 20 years. Having held residencies at The Globe, Home; 2003 – 2005 (Home Bar, Silver Room, and Terrace), Cargo Bar, Moulin Rouge, Ruby Rabbit, Opera Bar, Paddington Inn, Fringe Bar, East Village, Sugar Mill, Soda Bar, Melt Bar, to name but a few.  He has played numerous guest spots at parties including Reckless Republic, Lookin’ Good, Prima Nocta, and Playground Weekender. He has also toured legendary House DJ Rob Mello (Classic Records) up and down the East Coast.

His experience and versatility behind the decks points to music encompassing a diverse selection of: Soul, Hip Hop, Breaks, Boogie/Funk, Disco, Deep House, Breaks, Drum ‘N Bass, Jazz, Electronic, Electro Pop, Dub, Reggae and even Rock that sees him in regular demand around Sydney.

I tend to write and play in a lot of different styles,from funk to folk,punk to polka,and a whole lotta in between.due to that,and the fact that I travel for a living,i'm in a lot of different bands.usually i'm the primary singer/songwriter in most of these projects,as well as some collaborative work .so, a brief explanation of some of the bands i'll be posting on here is in order.
"Surface To Air Missiles"(s2am)isa project that former "Fierce Nipple"bandmate John Bogiorno and I started a few years ago in N.Y. with Dan Glasser,Rob Serrafin and fellow"Sensitive Artist"bandmate Ian Brynn.
.it started for shits n giggles,but,before we knew it,we had a pile of songs,MOST of wich had merrit."s2am" is definately on the heavier side with a fiendishly sinister humour.i think of it as creeprock.its a really fun playground to explore odd time signatures and melodies with a freedom to go over the line with wierd song topics as we please.all the players in this band are exceptional multi instrumentalists who write and create furiously fast.whatever time we get to play together(and its never any good length)we produce a lot of music and theres no telling what direction it'll take each time.NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL TASTES!!if you like to be made to feel uncomfortable while listening to wierd music,we're the band for you!
"Toranzo"is far more mellow.mostly a venue for more singer/songwriter-ish type music.the format could range anywhere from just me with an acoustic,a duo with me and a violinist,to a full on electric band.the duo version is Melissa Holland,violin and I.the full band is usually,Melissa,violin,Joe Victor,guitar,bass,keys,vox.Jimmi Torri,drums,vox and me,vocals,guitar,mandolin.instrumentals are a new arena for me and working closely with violin has pushed me in that direction a lot lately.this band has a broader appeal to casual listeners and its easier to get gigs as a folky soloist,or duo,or singer/songwriter band.
"Stool Puzzle" A.K.A "Stool Puzzle presents,Hash Oil and Pizza or,Dick Tipsy and the Merkin Jerkers"falls somewhere in between the previous two bands. its still pretty new and still creating itself.i currently only have live recordings,we have yet to do any studio work.the line up is,Bryan Toranzo,,vocals,guitar,bazouki.Sick,vocals,violin,guitar,saz.Lena Weiland,guitar,whatever.Ian Mikkel,bass,whatever.Jake Cooper,drums.and Sam Tynker,percussion.for a while we had Niel Yamin on bass.Most of the band are accomplished drummers,particularly middle eastern(many are in other ethnic,gypsie bands)some of the songs have a middle eastern vibe with a lot of rythmic experimentation.Sick,is quite the singer,writer,performer frontman type,so the combination of the two singer/writers is nice.he tends to bring out the more playfull side of my writing and look foward to some serious collaboration with him and the band I the near future.we finally have this more permanent line up,and will have more time to play together,we will see what it turns into,very excited about the potential!!
  "Fierce Nipples" is our old punk band from back in the day."punk"doesnt really do descriptive justice,we were quite progressive,intricate and funny.we created our own sound and genre,winning titles like"best band defying description","demonicly playful" and a whole host of colorfly descriptive terms.the line up was Bryan Toranzo,vocals,Niel Halpin,guitar,Uncle JonTom,bass and John Bongiorno,drums.this past summer,2011,we got together for the first time in over15 years and recorded " A Vile Song(elixer song part two") and we sounded great and it was a lot of fun.i dont know how often we will be able to record again,if ever,but i'm hoping we can.during the years we were together,we put out a large body of work,most of the songs still hold water today.i will probably post a lot of the old recordings to keep them circulating,as well as anything new we have,or might record in the future.also,NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL TASTES!!if you like psychotic,schitzophrenic spaz jazz with heavy punk undertones revolving around food,sex,or animals,or,all three together,this is the band for you!
   "The Sensitive Artists" is a large collective,the line up(at least its last configuration) is ,Bryan Toranzo,vocals,guitar,mandolin.Ian Brynn,vocals,guitar,eukalele.Dave Wegener,vocals,guitar,bazouki.Melissa Holland,violin.Alex Koralov,bass,guitar,viola degamba,mandolin,etc.Johanna Dunn,bass,guitar,doumbek.Jimi Torri,drums,and a whole bunch of guest players like Julia Bemi,vocals,Jules,cello and so on.this project is fun becouse of the size of the band, and the fact that it usually has several strong singer/songwriters.Ian and Dave are great writers with great songs and voices.between the three of us we deliver a nice variaty of songs,styles and textures.not sure what recordings I have of us,they will all be live sound board mixes from shows because we never got to have studio time together(not yet anyway).theres no tellin what exact configuration this project will have next time we get together,i do know that most of us will all be in the same state(Texas)this spring and plan on throwing something together,will keep that posted.
 There will probably be a few other bands popping up on here from time to time like"Mosaic",or "Ear" or even"The Danger,Thrill Seeking,Gangland Posse troupe ensemble Group" all of these are just amalgamations of many of the previouse bands mixed together,and theres sure to be more...enjoy
