AISHA is based in Glasgow and her heavyweight productions and energy soaked sets have cemented her at as a producer and DJ at the forefront of Scotland’s dense underground scene.

AISHA’s sound is ‘trippy euphoria’ - taking you on a trip through pumping psychedelic techno and trance. Rolling basslines, fast BPM’s and soaring melodies are present throughout her sets, which are as versatile as they are incendiary, leading her to consistently play and hold residencies in Europes best underground clubs such as RSO and Sub Club, as well a play for big events such as Teletech and Verknipt.

A keen producer, she has released on labels such as Taapion, Maison Close, Dusk Records, Teletech, Underzone + Speedmaster to name a few, as well as winning Best Electronic at 2021’s Scottish Alternative Music Awards.

Grounded Podcast number 75 welcomes DJ/Producer TWAN residing in Ghent, Belgium. As a co-founder and resident DJ of the well known 'RIMBU' parties his fast-paced raw percussive techno style has caught the attention of many. Continuing from here he has gone on to release his debut EP '2 Boners' alongside KRTM which was released on Motormouth Records sub-label Madback. This is a recording taken from his closing set at Kowboys and Indians presents Perc & Truss on 31/10/2016.

This week we have DJ Hyperdrive stepping in for Ismcast.

The young Crude resident has been turning heads and moving bodies across Berlin and beyond with his full speed take on the new trance movement currently dominating the European electronic music scene. He has not held back at all for this mix which we are pleased to see, storming forward from the word go. This will be a good warm up for the weekend ahead of his gig at a secret party this weekend and his Synoid debut next weekend.
