Sonically, The Color Study might fall somewhere between the intersection of Spiritualized, Spoon, The Flaming Lips, Pink Floyd and Wilco, where the sounds are heavily textured and expansive. This coming from band leader, Scott Oliphant’s influence from decades spent in the Austin music scene; as both sound engineer & musician. The now 6 piece, Bend, OR band (Sean Garvin- drums, Stephen Reinhardt- guitar, Matt Jackson- bass, Melissa Atillo- keys/vocals, Miguel Mendoza- trumpet) rounds out a vibrant, soundscape listening experience for indie/psych rock lovers.

A more serious mixer since early 2018, Telestic dabbles in a wide range of musical genres including progressive trance and house, but also uplifting trance, psytrance, drum & bass, trip hop, deep house, techno, instrumental hip-hop and whatever else tickles his fancy.
