Texas transplant from the west coast of Florida, for 11 years.  Now in the mountains of New York State.  Full disclosure: I’m a product of the Florida rave scene. My influences were and still are-, DJ Icey, Kimball Collins, Baby Anne, Monk, Three, T-Confucious (of Rabbit in the Moon), D-Extreme, Chris Fortier, Cosmic Baby, Dave Seaman, R-Fresh, Hardware, Huda Hudia, Sandy, Trip Theory, Rainbow Bridge, Spacemen, Rick West (RIP), Sharaz, Paul Santana, Huda Hudia, Wes Smith...and on and on. B-Nice played at my birthday party the year before I left Florida. I love Florida! And as someone said a few years back...

When asked to tell us a little bit about himself & background, JB was quoted as saying. "My teachers always told me I’d never amount to much, mainly because I am such a procrastinator. But I told them, “Just you wait!” Now, so many later, here I am just about to publish my 2nd book. This one is entitled 'A Complete History of Glue'. It's almost finished, I’m just stuck on the last page. Believe me, it's not as easy as it used to be, ever since I lost the left side of my body, and it took a little bit of adjustment but I'm all right now. As for the future, I'll most likely continue living vicariously through myself, & thank God that since I was born at such a young age, I figure there's still time to catch up before the end. I know I seem a little self-deprecating, even though I'm no good at it. I just hate to brag on myself, I leave that up to everyone else. I try to remain humble, at least that's what I keep telling everyone, just ask around, I'm one of the most humble people in all of human history. "

A House, Tech House and Techno lover! Mixing for the fun of it - who would've thought???

Ever since I first heard a remix of Armand Van Helden's 'Witch Doktor' back in 6th grade, I was hooked on electronic music. While I enjoy & appreciate dubstep, trap, drums 'n bass, and bass house, I really love house and tech house music. It's the genre of music that I listen to all the time. Some of my all-time favorite DJ's and Producers are KlangKuenstler, Eli Brown, Ferreck Dawn, Felipe Michelin, CamelPhat, Green Velvet (Relief Records), Eats Everything, Mark Knight (Toolroom Records), Carl Cox, Luciano, and KiNK.
