Willie Nelms  is  a singer /songwriter and Bassist who lives in Eastern North Carolina. Originally from Suffolk, Virginia, he has written and recorded more than 25 songs. He draws heavily on his life experiences for the themes and inspirations for his songs. He plays and writes songs in a variety of styles.  CAROLINA SHAG is a tribute to the Beach Music of North and South Carolina and the SHAG, the dance that is so much a part of that music.
