Born and raised in South Carolina, Cory Stone is a musician and audio engineer who has been working in the field for over twelve years. He is a self-taught guitarist who started out in a band with a couple of his friends playing small gigs here and there. He then began building his own home studio where numerous artists have traveled to record.

He produces his own music as well as many others such as Strap da fool (Travis Porter), Cap 1, C Notes, and Madhatter. Dropping two albums back to back this year with features from Strap AND Cap 1, he shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. One of his many accomplishments not listed here includes 2015 SC Pop/Rock Artist of the Year.

A place that American grammy-nominated R&B singer-songwriter and actor Tyrese Gibson said "Nobody gone find your ass," Shreveport, LA aka Ratchet City. Where the word "Ratchet" was first started and the birthplace of Derron, GQDaFreshest, Battle. Born Dec. 1, 1988 he is a product of the after effects the crack epidemic has tolled. He picked up his name from his Mother for his unique choice of clothing and impressions he put on his girlfiend(s). Born in a 2 parent household in and urban area GQ quickly was exposed to what the streets had to offer and ready to be apart of it! His Father, Mr. Battle had other ideas for his son. "He took me through the best of schools, had me involved in every sport there was except hockey." GQ states, "I had a 3.7, the fastest 40 yard dash in my time, all my classes was enriched, moved to the suburbs, and I still ended up in some sticky situations (chuckles)." He speaks very highly of his father as he tells the story on how he had good parenting and street mentality. GQDaFreshest tells journalist, Hollisha Hale, that he doesnt come from poverty or low income but everybody in his family does so by blood thats where he relates. That is all too common in the black community today as the economy is getting worse every year that passes. Losing his job at the casino, steady going back and forth to jail and dealing with multiple women was enough for the right side of his brain to say he had enough. "I had to train my mind for positive thinking and keep all negativity from around me just to find myself and it worked! Thank God I have the talent to share my experiences and education on life to others." His first single "Waiting On My Award" gave the streets chill bumps and the rap game is in for an awakening. He categorizes his style as "Reality Rap" and speaks for the people more often than hisself. "We dont care how much you ballin when you broke dawg. We tryna see how we gone ball!" His tune is unique yet very familiar in the city where he resides. With his other 3 singles "YNIC", "She Mad", and "GQY" its interesting to see whats next from the up and coming musician. I am MinikeGirl and I am a singer/songwriter. I was born in Sri Lanka but I live in Sweden. 
My biggest education is the education of my life. I have been through a lot in my life and the music became early my place to feel safe in. My freezone. I was so wild when I was young and I didn ´t really know who I was or who I wanted to be. I know that Iam going to do much more songs in the future. I am so happy that I found something that I can feel so much passion for. That makes me very happy. I love to be a singer/songwriter. It feels so nice that people love what I do and that I can share it with so many. I feel strong in the music its where I belong. I think it was when I was 5 years old singing and playing at the piano in my childhood home. I decided that one day I will get all my feelings out through my music.
