Rich Vom Dorf, a strange foreign artist name, isnt it? But its meaning is easily explained when you
know that the guy behind the project is called Richard and "vom Dorf" means "from the village" in
german language. Born in the eighties on the countryside he discovered electronic music in the early nineties and what has begun as a passion led into a full time job as dj, producer, promoter and owner of the label "tächno". The style of his productions and sets varys from deep emotional melodic progressive house, happy techhouse and even indie dance. This maybe is a wide range of sound but all this music has one thing in common - its made to please your heart and full of emotions.

Musik fühlen und leben wie sie ist darum geht es und aus ihr als DJ das noch rauszuholen was sie zum tollen Wahnsinn macht und dies mit seinen Gästen und Zuhörern so teilt das sie das spüren und erleben was der DJ selber dafür empfindet das ist die Kunst. Mixen kann  Digital fast jeder heutzutage, aber das dann auch zu einem positiven Werkzeug zu machen das können nicht viele! Nur das wahre Gefühl für die Musik macht es aus was man da auf der Bühne schafft für die Musikkonsumenten die es verdient haben einen magischen Moment dabei zu haben!
