Em 2005, Marcos Said teve início na produção de batidas, para o fortalecimento do Rap nacional que estava numa fase de evolução nesse quesito, produziu para vários grupos de rap paulistano, entre eles destaque para as faixas do Rapper Criolo Doido com os hit’s “Chuva Ácida” e “Rap é Forte”.
Em 2007 teve idéia de lançar um disco de vinil para o fortalecimento da cultura e valorizar o elemento DJ, e através disso criar oportunidades para grupos de Rap. Convocou então 6 artistas e grupos para compor sobre suas batidas, eram eles: Criolo Doido, Kaifaces, Mestre Piko , Projeto Play, Deja vu (Contra Fluxo) e Oficina da Rima. 
Quando o projeto foi concluído e enviado para a fábrica localizada no Rio de Janeiro (a última da América Latina), recebeu a noticia que a confecção do álbum não poderia ser realizada devido ao fechamento da fábrica.
Em 2008 o projeto foi retomado e reformulado só que agora em outro formato (CD), possibilitando a inclusão de mais artistas e grupos, expandindo a idéia original e tornando o trabalho mais abrangente, esse processo teve sua conclusão no final de  2010.
Um projeto maduro, sólido e bem fundamentado, “Said no Beat” destaca um rap não banalizado, demonstrando suas características como beatmaker/produtor e apresentando os vários estilos e vertentes que o rap assume na periferia paulista, os colaboradores desse projeto são: Kaifaces, Oficina da Rima, O Jugo (Elemental),  Real Periferia, Mestre Piko (Elemental), Deja vu (Contra Fluxo), Projeto Play, Terra Preta, Andromeda e Sujeira Brasileira; com os DJ’s Bulldog , Davisson, Elvis e Marco. Na parte técnica: Mardem Jam na mixagem e Vander Carneiro (Atelier Studio) na masterização.
Feito com profissionalismo, muito suor e lágrimas no decorrer destes anos “Said no beat” está nas ruas pra representar uma cena alternativa ao que se passa na esfera do hip-hop.

In 2008 the project was taken up and reworked but now in another format (CD), allowing the inclusion of more artists and groups, expanding the original idea and making the most comprehensive work, this process had its completion in late 2010.
A project mature, solid and well founded, "Said the Beat" features a rap not commonplace, demonstrating its characteristics as beatmaker / producer and featuring various styles and aspects that rap takes on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, the developers of this project are: Kaifaces, Workshop Rima, The Yoke , Real Periphery Master Piko , Deja vu (Contra Flow), Project Play, Black Earth, Andromeda and dirt Brazilian, with DJ's Bulldog, Davisson, Elvis and Marco. On the technical side: Mardi Jam in the mix and Vander Carneiro (Atelier Studio) mastering.
Done professionally, sweat and tears during these years, "Said the beat" is a street scene to represent an alternative to what is happening in the realm of hip-hop.
