About the Show...
The Theory of Personality Tests is a podcast that I started for a project for my freshman writing class.  It is targeted towards anyone that is super interested in personality tests, particularly the Enneagram, or people who have experience with personality tests in the workplace.  The purpose is to delve deeper into the true nature of personality tests, and to raise questions about what their purpose in the workplace is.  This podcast is mainly focused on the Enneagram test and the Myers-Briggs test, although there are many more out there! It is meant to conversational, so I have gotten two different perspectives.  One is my good friend Callie Smith who lives on my floor and is a communications sciences and disorders major, and the other one is Theresa Bottei, who is an Elementary School teacher in Nashville Tennessee.  If you listened, thank you so much, and I hope you learned something or gained a new perspective about the world of personality tests.
About the Host...
Hey guys! My name is Caroline Johnson and I am an Elementary Education Major at Appalachian State University.  I have always loved taking personality quizzes and tests, and I even used to take buzzed quizzes when I couldn't fall asleep at night. This past semester, I have been researching personality tests, what they tell us about ourselves, and their purpose in the workplace.  I have learned so much, and I am very excited to get to share it.
