Dr Bedford highlighted on issues being taken to Parliament House for Tibet Lobby Day this year, which included His Holiness' reincarnation process, transnational repression of Tibetans in Australia and the need for international governments to urge the Chinese Government to return to dialogue with Tibetan representatives to resolve the Sino-Tibet conflict.
