Glow (Dec. 2023)

ON|RUST as it appears here on soundcloud is the first stage of a small project that is actually called O|N|RUST consists of this track, plus a Bandcamp version (January 2024 - supplemented with two short pieces for percussion and electronics) and a 2024 small scale vinyl release. I've built a number of rhythmic sound machines especially for this piece which mainly consists of the hum and interference of electrical equipment supplemented with an electric guitar drone. Mastered by Rupert Clervaux.

I am constantly inspired by artists such as Yair Glotman and Mats Erlandsson, their magic ability to create strong, strong emotions through their sound design and compositions. UterUtrius is an attempt to put sound on an inner world, a sort of ambient landscape with a message; also trying to bring forward some of the inspiration and respect for these artists and alike. The track is in C Sharp Minor (C# min), and is built up of 30 stems.
