George Couros starts this solo podcast with a reflection on what he is grateful for and on his current fitness journey. Couros shares what has brought him the most success in his fitness and what he is currently working on. For his most recent fitness goal, Couros is doing a 14-week half marathon training but he actually began at week 7. This podcast reflects on Couros’ fitness goals and how he is removing the choice from his workouts.
