Letting go is an art. Letting go and putting myself first is another. And that's what this song is about. Grief comes with so much more than just 'grief' for the person, it weighs heavy on relationships and I found it all too much, and I learn that I don't need to tend to those relationships right now. I need to tend to the one I just lost, to my heart and survival, and with this realisation  came a depth of self love I have never known before. I
