Feeling cold on the inside there’s nothing left to bloom
Fallen seeds laying dormant and closed
There’s a still on the outside, can’t stir the air to blow
A deafening silence takes hold

But I know
Sure as tides will turn, the sun will rise and shine
The flowers will grow, to bloom in their own time

In an ocean of wonder I stay firmly on the shore
The waves washing further away
Breaking clouds in the distance but still no sun will shine
The dusk to darkness gives way

But I know
Sure as moonlight rises, tides turn to the shore
When clouds do part they’ll show what’s hidden

Keep weathering this storm
Look on ahead
Await my time to come
