Wireless Folk Radio is the online sound of Wireless Folk, a live music night created to promote folk/roots/traditional music by travelling musicians passing through Limerick city. In keeping with the grassroots spirit of folk music all concerts will be entirely acoustic with no microphones or PA systems and will take place in various alternative venues around the city like cafés, galleries, bookshops and record stores.

Wireless Folk Radio is designed to promote upcoming gigs through short radio shows exploring the influences and roots of musicians who will play at Wireless Folk.
