Middle of Nowhere

I start a new project from scratch. I try to mix my progressive rock influences with electronic sound to create a kind of original mix. It is quite difficult to select a specific genre for me but I hope to create a good feeling to my listener.

To me, the highlight of any camping trip is the evening campfire. There is something magical about sitting there gazing into the flames while you converse with any company you may have. This song celebrates such a special occasion.

Firelight Magic

A chord progression with a simple melody is the basis for a warping exercise over the insistent rhythm provided by Moog DFAM and Neutron (behringer). I also use Bonderlands, an amazing granular iPad app, sampling part of the guitar melody.
The bass is my beloved Fender Coronado, and many other things....
