This week we are very excited to be featuring a special guest mix from the lovely divaDanielle out of Los Angeles. Enjoy, Everyone! 

Known for her dynamic performances, ranging from Disco House to Booty Breaks with a dash of Hip Hop and Ghetto Funk thrown in, divaDanielle started her life as a DJ and producer after catching a record that Darren Emerson threw into the crowd in 2003. What she lacks in height, she makes up for in spunk and red-headed fury. Combining a love of unicorns with a fierce desire to promote women in EDM, she has risen to the top of the LA underground, unleashing rainbow-infused beats through a wave of mischief, music and artistry.

For iBreaks 81 we’re welcoming back Anglo-Russian production duo Baseface with some peak time rave breaks!

The Prodigy’s influence is all over the lead track “Something Human” with some serious growl, rave stabs, and Yola’s powerhouse vocal over classic breaks with some added kick and punch.  There’s no denying that this deserves to be heard on a big system, festival style, and has that sweet mix of hands in the air moments with hardcore attitude.

On remix duties - step up Colombo!  As a contrast to the massive sound of the original, Colombo strips everything back to old school electro beats and nu-skool warped bass swells, whilst keeping echoes of the vocal and adding some lovely ear candy sound design.
