Xun Yu is one of the most talented strategists in  Epic of The Three Kingdoms.
From a young age, he served Cao Cao and made many suggestions.
He also had a knack for finding people and recommended many.

It was also Xun Yu who advised him to protect the emperor of the time. This gave Cao Cao a position of superiority over other lords.

In his later years, he was at odds with those who wanted to make Cao Cao king, and relations deteriorated.

Some say he committed suicide at the end.
