What is the bubble in Mars?

Essentially, Earth in a bubble. Now a botanist and ecologist has worked up a detailed proposal for an extraterrestrial nature reserve that could be built on Mars. The proposed ETNR would be a contained "forest bubble" designed to mimic an Earth-like ecosystem.

Rumors are flying that Mars has the potential for life on Mars.

Many a scientist dreams of finding evidence of life on other planets. 
Today, those working with NASA's Phoenix lander, which touched down on the icy  plains of polar Mars. They dropped everything to make a "nonannouncement," as to rest rumors that they had such signs.
