Craig Johnson, commonly known as ‘VI The Boss’ is a Chicago-based musician, producer and label owner. Over the years he has established himself as a big player in the music industry, however, none of this was handed to him.

VI The Boss was born on the gritty south side of Chicago. From the age of five to fifteen, he was moved between foster homes which ultimately led him to live out of his car while finishing high school. This would break most young men down, but the streets made Craig tougher and gave him his unshakable attitude. Graduation day was his proudest moment to date.
