Track # 2 "Fleeting Moments" from my first album" Songs For Peace, Love and Understanding" is an idea that came to one day on a walk as I was reflecting on my work an personal of life through the years and how these moments came and went in such a fleeting sorting of way. These moments become memories some which are happy, sad and deserving of some type of reflection and contemplation.

So the bones of this came from Mobygratis.com. I changed it a good bit, there were no chords, so I added some and gave it a structure. I took away some things and added 3 guitars, some synths and percussion, and a fender rhodes. I could have stripped Moby out of it completely but I didn’t so now I have a collaboration with Moby! lol. I had a lot of fun with it, I’ve already picked out our next collaboration lol.

Its part of a collection of music.. a project called " HeartBeat " a collection of tunes in either 3/4 or 6/8 ( the human heart beats in these times )

Every time i turn on the news or pick up a news paper my heart is hurt by the amount of Violence, war, Starvation , corruption that is going on at the moment. Whatever happened to Love, peace and happiness. I wrote this song to celebrate Life, freedom and peace. Life is not about oppression or starvation or war, or any of this stuff it is simply for Living.
