Inspired by political and world events from the last 17 years, the soundtrack to our lives. A fictional journey of someone directly effected - the heartfelt expression of loss, the rage that fills it's place, pointless retaliation and finally the reflection that in the end, it won't change anything.

01. Intro to Hero Fell

We used to use a share house for jamming, back in the early days of The Terror Adaptors. If you wanted a glass of water, you had to appease the demon that lived in the taps and pipes; for it was most angry and malevolent. It would shake the walls most violently and utter a chilling howl, every time a poor mortal dared to twist the nozzle to let out some quenching water. Would he receive his blessed relief, or lose his soul?

As a child in 1992, the lead guitarist and songwriter for the band was struck by lightning. Fortunately he survived to tell the tale, but he always wondered why it happened, what happened to those seemingly magical childhood days, what happened to his family as it seemed to  self-destruct shortly afterwards and where the hell were his super powers??
