Decibel Place is a 21-year-old DJ based in Liverpool, known for his driving take on hardgroove techno. His sound channels the raw, percussive spirit of the early 2000s, taking cues from legends like Eric Sneo and Chris Chambers, while also drawing inspiration from the intensity of modern artists such as CULT and Levzon. Blending classic grooves with a contemporary edge, his sets are built to energise today’s dance floors. With a sharp sonic identity and an expanding catalogue, Decibel Place is hoping to shape the next wave of hardgroove.

Raw, unfiltered underground techno -- recorded live at the American Legion Hall.

This is my official 1-hour DJ set from Station Seven's underground takeover in South Lake Tahoe -- a night of driving techno, hypnotic psytrance touches, and 100% rave energy. Originally booked for a 60-min opener for the incredible Aundreja, I ended up going two full hours. This recording features the first hour -- packed with rolling grooves, cosmic melodies, and three of my original tracks, including two upcoming releases.

My musical journey began in childhood when I first experimented with FL Studio on my brother's computer. What started as a playful pastime grew into a deep passion over the years. I've always been fascinated by the diversity of music and love how different genres express emotions in their unique ways.

Today, my music is all about honest, powerful sounds that embody the energy of EDM and techno. My goal is to offer listeners an intense experience: euphoria, melancholy, strength, and lightness – every emotion has its place. At the same time, the dancefloor remains the focus. Was damals wie ein Spiel wirkte, entwickelte sich über die Jahre zu einer tiefen Leidenschaft. Ich war schon immer fasziniert von der Vielfalt der Musik und genieße es, wie verschiedene Genres Emotionen auf ihre eigene Weise ausdrücken.

Heute steht meine Musik für ehrliche, kraftvolle Klänge, die die Energie von EDM und Techno in sich tragen. Mein Ziel ist es, meinen Zuhörern ein intensives Erlebnis zu bieten: Euphorie, Melancholie, Stärke, Leichtigkeit – alle Emotionen dürfen Platz finden. Dabei bleibt die Tanzfläche im Fokus.
