Early Life

Archio Banquerta was born at a young age in the verdant rolling hills of Tuscany, and like the famous Chianti wines of the region, is firm bodied with good tannin levels, high acidity and a lingering aftertaste.

He was born in a wagon of a travelling show where his mother would dance for the money they’d throw, and it was here that he quickly learned to love music - he allegedly played his first ever DJ show at a family christening at the tender age of just 3 years and 2 months old on two Fisher-price wind up record players - when we asked his uncle (Lazio player-manager Giannini Speculummo) what he played we were told Archio opened up with "London Bridge is falling
down", followed by "Mary had a little lamb" which was a precursor to a 6 hour set of early German techno and Chicago house white labels.
Discovery & Controversy

Archio was quickly playing Nightclubs and disco’s in the area, by 14 he had Firmly established himself as resident DJ at infamous Cicillian nightspot "Badabing", where it’s suggested he met some of his shadier connections, an unfounded allegation that dogs him to this day.

Italian sleaze gutter press columnist Frederanko Ejaculani published a shocking expose on nightclubbings underworld in 2003 claiming to have a paper trail connecting Archio with gangland assassinations, drugs and counterfeit goods which he claimed he was going to publish is a book entitled "Archio enemy - god father of house?", unfortunately Frederanko disappeared before the book could go to print.
Expansion

A keen entrepreneur, Archio has always expanded his business interests outside of nightclubbing, and with numerous acting credentials to his name has maintained a high media profile since shooting to fame in the italian cult kung-fu scene in the 80’s.

Archio recalls "I playing at studio 17 in Napoli, and for fun I play Carl Douglas "Kung-fu fighting" in between two acid house tracks - I do little dance for to make funny with crowd, and see at front man nodding appreciation - later after set he talk to me offer role in what I think is small video - but really he Is (italian movie mogul) Vittorio Cunnilini, and movie go on to make
200 million lira! hahaha!".
Archio was a big hit with Italian cinema goers, his films generating vast sums of money and providing jobs for thousands.

Having enjoyed media celebrity and renowned acclaim as daytime TV celebrity chef in his homeland of italy for 10 years, by the mid 90‘s Archio decided it was time to turn his gaze to a wider worldwide audience. However, even this was done in his own unique manner;
the owner of Ibiza’s famous "Monkey Glaze" boutique hotel - Rodurigo "dirty" Sanchez - was a big fan of Seria A’s FC Parma, Archio made it his goal to become manager of the team. This he did and following an arduous schedule of Djing by night and managing the team by day, he had led them to 4 successive domestic titles and double European cup glory after just 5 seasons in the job. But this was just part of the plan, as at a ceremony to award him the keys to the City of Parma, he managed to get introduced to Rodurigo, who duly offered him a weekly residency at his club on the white isle.
Hard Times

At the start of 2000, following the success of his show from Sydney Harbour Bridge to see in the Millennium, Archio was due a fall.
He released his debut album "Dogs of Love / Ladies of War", a bizarre 85 minute concept piece consisting of two CD’s of looped analogue recordings of him barking like a dog laid over a bed of synthesised over modulated feedback. Within it’s first 2 weeks of release over 76% of its units sold had been returned. Nothing could prepare Archio for the wave of bile and contempt however that would greet him when it was discovered the album was packed in a Paper Factory in Slough UK, were the staff were paid in unsold copies of the album. Archio maintains he knew little about this, but footage of him beating a ginger haired child at the factory did little to help his cause.

Ironically, this album is now attributed as one of the most influential albums of all time, with artists and critics queuing up to heap praise on it.In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Rihanna called it "An inspiration" while Tinchy Stryda has the sleeve tattooed on his neck.

Following for the collapse of his multiple nightclub chains - "Mansion" "Time" and "Bar-Med" Archio fled the limelight, returning to his homeland, where he satisfied himself re-opening his ancestral vineyard, winning several Gold Medals in winemaking and re-invigorating the local economy. It was while walking through the Tuscany Hills that he was approached by a small boy clutching a tattered and torn advert from the early days of Archio’s fame. The boy said "Did you used to be this hero?". Archio saw the article and whilst signing it with one hand, picked up the boy with the other and said "No Son, I AM that hero" - for the boy was his child, Avocados,
that he had had with his wife, Model, Politician, Pop Star and Adult Film actress, Clamidiana la Bia.
Rebirth

Archio realised he could not content himself with being a perfect father and successful winemaker, he was a role model for the todays youth.
His comeback tour "Global Satisfaction" was met with widespread adulation, and Archio noticed a new generation of clubber, introduced to his world by kindly parents, coming to the parties and enjoying his uplifting mix of House, Techno and Disco with an almost chemical level of enjoyment.

Living now between Berlin, New York and the Vatican City, Archio, when not being highly sought after, splits his time between being widely respected and in much demand.

Helena Hellwig was born in Milan, Italy.

Since she was a child Helena showed an inclination for music, she convinced her parents to let her take the first singing lessons. She had classical studies, at age 15th she enrolled in the CET-Central European Toscolano, the school founded and directed by Mogol.

In 2001, during an audition at a record company, Helena met Andrea Bocelli and subsequently he asked her to sing with him in the duet “Habit,” published in the album “Heaven in Tuscany” and released as an international single.
She participated in the promotional tour of the album, performing live all over the world alongside the Tuscan tenor and getting great visibility.
It also appears in the DVD to mold international “Tuscan Skies – Skies of Tuscany” by Andrea Bocelli accompanying the project eponymous album.

The following year, again through an audition music, met Maestro Ennio Morricone, who asked her to collaborate on the soundtrack of the animated film “Aida of the Trees” playing the song “fringes cloud”-written by Ennio Morricone. Helena accepted and thus participates in the realization of the cd and dvd of “Aida of the Trees.”

In 2003 he hits the shelves “My man forever,” summer single flavor pop and r & b with which the singer participates in the Disco for the summer of that year. The single also contains another unreleased song entitled “Innocent.”

In February 2004 he released his debut album of Helena titled “Per conto mio”. It contains nine tracks of which six unpublished, two covers of “Stay Cu’mme ‘” Pino Daniele and a “Self control” of Raf.

In April 2004 he took part in the “Grand Prix of Spring”, a singing competition organized by Radio and Video Italy. It features the song “All the love that I have,” which, thanks to the interpretation of Helena and numerous television appearances on Video Italy, got a good success and excellent visibility.
As a result of this competition is to host other live broadcasts of Radio and Video Italy, such as the concert in Lodi to September 2004, which presents its “All the love I” in front of a large audience.

In December 2004 he took part at the Christmas concert in the Vatican alongside world famous artists such as Noa, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Simply Red and a beautiful rendition of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon and Garfunkel collecting enthusiastic even by American artists themselves.

In 2005, “It ‘s all my fault”, an unreleased song of Helena, was chosen as theme song of a major Portuguese fiction “Baía das Mulheres”. This allows her to perform live in many television show in Portugal and publish the single of the song.
Parallel to this project, Helena took a course in theater at school “Those of Grock.”

In May 2005 he recorded the song “We stand together”, anthem of Coca-Cola, sponsor of the Winter Olympics in Turin in 2006. Follows the journey of the Olympic flame, performing in concerts all over Italy.

In June 2005, she joined the cast of the cult of transmission Dose and Presta “There goes the quails,” which aired in prime time on Raitre. He sings the theme song of opening and closing the program and within each episode he performed in various reinterpretations of international hits.

In March 2006 he participated in the Youth category at the 56th edition of the Sanremo Festival with the song written for her by Mango, “Di moon die”, finishing third (first among the female performers).
During the festival, the new single “Di moon die”,encounter a great success giving her international visibility followed by many interviews with relevant local and national radio.

In December 2007, along with many prominent Italian and international singers, he attended the Christmas concert in Verona Philharmonic Theatre, airing on Raidue in the early evening on Christmas Eve. On that occasion, plays an intense and thrilling cover of “The Best Years of Our Lives” by Renato Zero and a fun Christmas medley with Ligea and Sophomore.

In January 2008 Daniele Stefani released the album “Starting point” and the song that gives the title to the album is a wonderful duet with Helena.

From 2008 to 2011 Helena focuses on live performances, competing on repertoires of musical genres also very different from each other, from various types of rock band which holds concerts throughout Italy, pop and dance to jazz concerts around Europe and the world.

In July 2011 she participated in the Caruso’s Award, live on RAI, masterfully performing two songs written by Mogol: “The Paradise” by Patty Pravo and “The Gardens of March” by Lucio Battisti.

In the same year she participates in a wonderful Jazz project called “Bonne Nuit” by Baiardi Diego and Antonio Crepax. The music team is made up of two parts, one of a strictly jazzer and the other derived from ethno-acoustic, both well represented by prominent names in the national scene as instrumentalists, Paolo Fresu, Antonello Salis, Tullio de Piscopo, Massimo Germinate and the voices of Petra Magoni and Patrizia Laquidara.

Helena becomes official singer of the live concerts of “Bonne Nuit”.
