Rammstein are one of rock’s most individual and successful names, a multiple award-winning outfit with a vision that continues to evolve. Since forming in 1994, the six East Berliners have headlined the world’s major festivals and stadiums, selling millions of albums, and topping charts worldwide.

For the Rammstein kollektiv, and it’s the same line-up now as at the start, it’s always been a case of marching to their own beat; they sing in German, side-step those visuals typical of the metal world, and present an incendiary live experience that touches all of the senses – an experience underpinned by cultural and artistic weight.

To date, there are seven studio albums under the Rammstein banner, the most recent being 2019’s untitled release – a body of work that headed the charts in 14 countries and went Top 10 in the US, breaking new ground. Produced by the band with Olsen Involtini, this 11-tracker (double platinum in Germany) was preceded by lead single ‘Deutschland’, a domestic No. 1 supported by a nine-minute movie – an epic, unflinching look at German history directed by Specter Berlin.

Not only was this album a decade in the making, it also saw the musicians taking their legendary live show into Stadiums, selling 800,000 tickets immediately and eventually playing to over 1.2 million fans across 17 countries.

The next leg of the European Stadium Tour takes place in spring / summer 2021, with most venues sold out.

I started my djing journey mixing vinyl in the late 90's on my Technics 1210's, mainly so I could make my own mix tapes. I also raved all through the 90's and still raving now tbh 😜 Old skool crew 🥳🙌 I started with house, trance and minimal/techno, but now play mostly trance, which I'm a little bit obsessed with tbf 😍 I kinda lost interest for a while, but really started to get my fire back over lockdown 💫 I just love playing and do it mostly for the buzz really and the love of music ❤️  So follow along if you like what you hear, subscribe, drop a comment and a like 😎 Thanks for listening ✌️☺️

Joey is a Welsh DJ with a passion for everything house music, born out of attending many nights in Wales, the Midlands and London in the 90s, where he absorbed and learned all about the music and the scene itself which laid the foundations for him today as a DJ.

He started his clubbing journey at the legendary Crystal Rooms in Hereford back in the 90s attending their "naughty but nice" events , the Hippo Club & Evolution in Cardiff and many other clubs in the Midlands, London and the South and that's when he fell in love with house music.

He cut his djing teeth in the late 90's doing local gigs and parties playing Vinyl and then migrated to small bars and clubs on CDJ's in the early 2000's where he really found his feet and passion for djing.

Joey loves uncovering new tracks, artists and labels to include in his sets to keep them fresh and energetic, expressing himself when playing music that sounds great when articulated together, while keeping that energy and vibe going throughout his sets until the very end.

Joey has many influences over 3 decades of dancing and djing to house music and they all have one thing in common, music brings people together to enjoy and express themselves freely without prejudice and this will never stop.

We all do this for the love of music and the feeling it gives us all

My love for music started within the progressive house and underground scene in the early 90's as a regular clubber at many nights such Cream in liverpool,Kinetic in Longton Stoke-On-Trent ( a big music scene area for a small town with many other great music venues such as Golden, and Shelleys laserdome big iconic clubs)  & Renaissance nights to watch the likes of Todd Terry and David Morales in their early years as dj's,  and this set my mind and pushed my passion for music even more and to want to be a dj myself.  And ever since i've never looked back, Spending many hours travelling to different citys like Manchester to spend hours in shops like vinyl exchange looking for hours on end for them great tracks to play in my sets, then heading to the next shop like Eastern Bloc near piccadilly spending all my earnings from my regular day job on vinyl.
 there was no better feeling like actually holding the music in your hands, unlike today with technology changing and music going digital, you'll never beat the feeling of vinyl there's something about it. 
then later on when everthing turned digital with cdj's which orignally I wasn't such about it,  as it had sync buttons and things to make djing even easier so anyone could learn to be a dj, and the art of djing to me this kind of killed it I thought at first, as it was a skill not everyone could get to grips with on vinyl as you had to have an ear for it. but after learning more about the cdj's i learnt you could do so much more like loop & tracks with them and have hot cues it opened up a whole new world so i could make my sets unique compared to other dj's and make myself stand out different and have my own style, and make the tracks i bought sound different even more and putting my own stamp and creativeness on things which has made it even more exciting.
i have only done a few mixes on here i'd admit they might not be the worlds best, but my tune selection is epic and over the years i have gained the knowledge on how to read a crowd and take them on a musical journey and bring a good vibe to any event I play out live at.
