Soprano Lori Guilbeau was a Grand Winner in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in 2010, and made her Metropolitan Opera debut in 2012, for which the New York Times praised her "strong and luminous soprano". Ms. Guilbeau, has performed with the American Symphony Orchestra, Louisiana Philharmonic, Mainfranken Theater Würzberg, and is an ensemble member of Theater Kiel, where she has sung eight roles including Sieglinde (Die Walküre), Valentine (Les Huguenots), Liu (Turandot), and the title role in Ariadne auf Naxos.
