Writer, teacher and occasional songwriter. I use Soundcloud to store readings of work and stuff I'm working on with pupils. The kids I primarily work with are SEN so some of the results can be unexpected and challenging on the ears.

DOL is a hardware-first electronic artist. 

All tracks are recorded live in a single take using Elektron, Moog, Akai and Teenage Engineering Instruments. 

No DAW. No edits. Built live on machines.

Just an ape in clothes, sat at a typewriter, jamming out till I get the Complete Works Of Shakespeare down, in sequence... It might take infinity to get there, but, as Steven Wright said: "I'm planning to live forever...  so far it's going ok..."

Folk indie punk singer songwriter, guitars, keyboard. Jordan Watkins co-wrote 7 songs and plays guitars on those songs (as attributed). Also writing credits (as attributed) to Nigel Boot, K. Biggle and M. Rambout on 8 songs.

Putting my stuff out there "where funk meets punk"- using dynamic Shure SM58 microphone and Ableton 11 live recording software. Hohner Strat, Epiphone ES339 guitar, Taylor GS Mini Acoustic, Hohner harmonica and Yamaha keyboard E463.

Thanks in particular to Damian Smith and the Journeymen, QB Bills and The Strums for getting me into the Soundcloud community, and John Stone for listening from the start, and all those great musicians around the world listening in. Wonderful that music that didn't even exist a day, or even hours ago gets to go around the world. Always brilliant to be amongst the first to hear new stuff.

I am old old now  .but i think we are what we do .i am lucky to still do what i did when i was young.  i try and catch a song .. i try and get a good take.  i record it  ..i never played live...most of the songs are from the 8o's .   old songs.. new recordings .I can not hear very well in one ear, . the mix maybe a bit off..i am dyslexic....my song writing has been for me self therapy... .I hope my words help you heal :O)i have tinnitus makes it hard listening to others music ..

I like to mix electronic with rock. In the songs I play guitar, bass, piano and synth.
Every day I constantly study to improve myself.
In the past I played in various bands but now I dedicate myself only to my music.
