THE WRETCHED FALL OF FLIGHT 173

This is the first song that I have recorded with my HeadRush Looperboard. I layered four separate acoustic guitar parts using a Taylor Koa 214ce. I then added Latin Percussion Conga Drums, Teak Shakers & Meinl Bongos using my old Yamaha MD4s minidisk recorder. Now, I have remixed this track by adding my Slingerland Snare Drum with Wire Brushes and Zildjian Constantinople Cymbals.

„Worte des Wasserfalls“ (11.05.2024 )

Diese Komposition entstand so ca. 2015 aus meiner frühen Schaffensphasen.
Die ersten kompositorischen Versuche mit virtuellen Instrumenten eine musikalische 
Klangwelt entstehen zu lassen.

Ein kleiner Fluss in den Weiten des Dschungels wird von Flussbiegung zur Flussbiegung immer reißender bis er vereint in die Tiefen eines Wasserfalls wieder zu einem ruhigen Fluss wird.

“Words of Waterfall” (May 11, 2024)

This composition was created around 2015 from my early creative phases.
The first compositional attempts with virtual instruments were a musical one
to create a sound world.

A small river in the vastness of the jungle becomes more and more rapid from river bend to river bend until it becomes a calm river again in the depths of a waterfall.

Stefano Manotti is an Italian singer-songwriter, composer, and guitarist. In March 2021, he released his
first single ("Scorte d'amore") under the Soulgem Records label. In the same month, he joined the
Innovatory of Music, an association and international exchange program created by Paolo Schianchi to
bring together the most promising young Italian talents. In September 2021, he released two singles,
"Cercarmi" and "Dove Andare," in collaboration with Giulio Carmassi (former member of the Pat Metheny
Group), who handled the arrangements and mixing.
In May 2022, his first EP "Ideale" was released, solidifying his previous collaborations with Giulio Carmassi
and Paolo Schianchi. In August 2022, he shared the stage with Enrico Ruggeri as part of the Innovatorio
Festival. In January 2023, he released the single "Borsanera," which climbed to the top positions in
independent and emerging web charts and received airplay on Mradio. In September 2023, he released
two singles, “Leap in the Dark” and “Endless Road,” receiving a favorable review on the A&R Factory blog
which describes him as “virtuoso”.
In April 2024, Leap in the Dark receives the Absolute First Prize and the Visionary Creativity Special Prize  at the international Vivaldi music competition, in the Film/Game music category. On April 25th “Fly and Fall” reaches number 2 in Los Angeles and number 3 in New York in Spotify's local pulse charts
