About the piece:
Mmmm-te is result of Collaboration between Amirali Ghasemi & Mohamad Golabi, where Amirali recites one of his poems and Mohammad has arranged and designed an audio environment in which the spoken words can be sensed in an ambiguous yet familiar way.
The experimental poem juxtaposed various vocabulary from a wide range of disciplines and this is what is happening with the Mohamad’s layered soundscape. 


درباره‌ی اثر:
مممم - تِ حاصل همکاری امیرعلی قاسمی و محمد گلابی است، جایی که دکلمه‌ی امیرعلی از شعر خودش با تنظیمات و طراحی های محمد در هم می‌آمیزد تا کلمات ادا شده در بستری مبهم و در عین حال آشنا کنار هم چیده شوند. شعر تجربی که دستمایه‌ی این اثر شده واژگانی از عرصه‌های مختلف را بر هم می‌نشاند چنانچه منظره‌ی صوتی لایه‌لایه‌ای که محمد گلابی ترسیم می‌کند، این واقعه قابل ردیابی است.

03 - Mohamad Golabi & Amirali Ghasemi - Mmmm-Te

Noise à Noise is proudly presenting ‘TWO (Live at tak Theater Aufbau Berlin)’. 

Two was recorded live from a performance given by Hadi Bastani and Yalda Zamani in June 2021 at tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg, Berlin, as part of Klangteppich festival. It took form through the duo’s improvisation with electronic modules and live coding. 

Hadi Bastani (sound artist, anthropologist, composer) is a visiting researcher in Immersive Composition at the University of Greenwich, London. He is also a research partner at the Leverhulme-funded research project “Sonic Tehran“ at the City, University of London. As an artist, He works with field recordings, computers, modular synthesizers, transducers, and hacked electronic toys in various creative contexts. Both his research and creative practice particularly focus on collaboratively-developed and ethnographically-informed processes that enable critical analysis.

Yalda Zamani is a conductor and performer based in Germany, and the co-founder and artistic director of the Contemporary Chamber Orchestra Elbe in Hamburg. As a passionate advocate for contemporary music, she collaborates regularly with composers around the world by conducting world premiere performances of their compositions at renowned international music festivals and venues. She often engages in the realization of innovative projects at the intersection of music and science and is currently doing a Ph.D. on computational creativity, interdisciplinary collaborations in music and technology, and the application of new technologies in music performances at the HfMT in Hamburg where she is appointed as a lecturer for the performance practice of contemporary music.

جمع هنرمندان و لیبل نویزاَنویز با افتخار انتشار آلبوم «دو (اجرای زنده در سالن نمایش آفباو برلین)» را اعلام می‌نماید. 

این قطعه، ویرایش کوتاه شده ایست از ضبط زنده اجرای هادی باستانی و یلدا زمانی‌ در مجموعه تأتر آوف باو شهر برلین (ژوئن ۲۰۲۱)؛ اجرای زنده این اثر بخشی از رویداد‌های سومین سری از فستیوال کلانگتپیش بود. اساس این کار را بدهه نوازی با یک سیستم مدولار یورو رک و برنامه نویسی زنده ا تشکیل میدهد. 

این آلبوم بر روی ساوند کلاود، اسپاتیفای و اپل میوزیک هم قابل دسترس خواهد بود.

هادی باستانی (هنرمند صدا، انسان‌شناس و آهنگساز) پژوهشگر مدعو در گروه پژوهشی «صوت/ تصویر» در دانشگاه گرینویچ لندن است و در پروژه‌ی «سانیک تهران» در دانشگاه سیتی لندن به عنوان پژوهشگر داوطلب مشارکت می‌کند. او در کار هنری خود از کامپیوتر ها، سینتیسایزر ها، مبدل‌های صوتی، صداهای محیطی‌، و مدار‌های الکترونیکی هک شده استفاده میکند. پروژه های پژوهشی و پرداخت هنری این هنرمند هر دو تمرکز خاصی بر روندهای انتقادی برخاسته از مشارکت جمعی و قوم نگاری، به عنوان یک روش علمی‌ مطالعه فرهنگ‌ها و خرده فرهنگ ها، دارد.

یلدا زمانی رهبر ارکستر و اجراگر مقیم آلمان است، او همچنین هم‌بنیان‌گذاران و از مدیران هنری «ارکستر مجلسی معاصر اِلبهِ» در شهر هامبورگ آلمان است. به عنوان یکی از حامیان موسیقی معاصر، او به طور معمول در خلال رهبری اولین اجراهای کمپوزیسون‌های آهنگسازان متفاوتی از نقاط مختلف دنیا، و در خلال فستیوال‌ها و فضاهای اجرای موسیقی شناخته شده با آنها آغاز به همکاری می‌نماید. او غالبا برای تحقق پیدا کردن پروژه‌های خلاق در فصل تلاقی بین موسیقی و علم مشغول به کار است و هم اکنون در حال تحصیل مدرک دکتری خلاقیت محاسباتی [محاسبات خلاق]، همکاری‌‌های میان رشته‌ای در زمینه‌موسیقی و تکنولوژی، و کاربرد فن‌آوری‌های نو در اجراهای موسیقی در دانشگاه هامبورگ است، جایی که در آن به عنوان مدرس اجرای موسیقی معاصر مشغول به کار است.

Arshan Najafi (b. 2001) is a Composer, Sound Artist, Visual Artist and Poet. He started playing the Violin at the age of ten and later decided to study Kamancheh (Persian Spike Fiddle) with  Saba Alizadeh. 
His piece, “Transgression in Common City” for solo Flute was one of the selected pieces for Petrichor Records “Call  for Young Iranian Composers” that led to some private lessons with Chaya Czernowin, Reza Vali, Arshia Samsaminia  and Mohammad Amin Sharifi. 
His pieces have been presented and published by Spectro Centre for New Music, Noise à Noise records, Petrichor  Records, Unexplained Sounds Group, Cold Spring Records and XOR Space. His debut book “Twenty Wrong Turns” was published by Aso Publications in the summer of 2022 in Tehran.
