Bowie’s fearless experimentation, theatrical flair, and constant reinvention inspired Genevieve to push creative boundaries and explore different facets of her musical identity, while Kate Bush’s ethereal vocals, poetic lyricism, and emotional intensity resonate deeply in Genevieve’s dreamy, introspective soundscapes.

Blending art-pop with atmospheric electronics, her music is both intimate and expansive, inviting listeners into spaces of reflection, vulnerability, and emotional honesty. Genevieve has cultivated a sound that feels nostalgic yet refreshingly modern, combining lush arrangements, haunting melodies, and heartfelt lyricism.
