The Last Time was inspired by my personal history of being transient and flaky - moving to a new place, having the best time with strangers, making superficial friendships, and then leaving without a word. The music made me feel like I was lost, floating, alone, and that’s where the lyrics came flowing out of. It’s my history and I want to believe it will change. There’s always the hope this time with be the last last time.
