It’s resilience and integrity shows us that we do not have to be big to make a difference. We don't need the best and biggest things in order to be happy. The sparrow totem reminds us that our self-worth can come from our energy and passion for the simple things that fill us with motivation and love. Follow the flight of the sparrow, listen to its song, and look for the joy of a simple life.
