German producer and label owner Nick Fetcher is back on his own imprint bringnewunity with an astonishing new single ‚Weightless'. This release is very personal but still a must have in the club. Familiar and new elements mix in an unconventional fashion to become a masterpiece of club music.
‚Weightless' appears with a pulling bassline forming waves to support the weight of the song. Psychedelic and powerful pushing sounds bring the feeling of a wide space filled with yellow light. Coming back to darker sounds Nick Fetcher delivers a song heavy but weightless.
Additionally a calm ambient song ‚Forgive Again' compliments the powerful sound in a wonderful fashion. The waves can be felt as well but in a lighter more subtle way. The rich sound of pads and beautiful synth melodies round it up to be a mood masterpiece.
Get caught in the waves of this beautiful release. Nick found the perfect balance between heavy and light, psychedelic and powerful.

Shaping and reversing sound to create a piece that aims to portray the calms and storms of a flashback fevered dream. Part of the concept album, SONAR. I tried to imagine sleeping in a confined space.

Haleen is a musical art mariage that started when we were  living in nature in Spain 2019.

 Hans and Kathleen , both born in Belgium, have lived most of their lives there, met on an online dating site in 2008. They were married 6 months later and left Belgium for Norway in 2010. After an explosive awakening in 2015 everything changed and they moved to Spain to be able to live in a more simple and natural way and as they said: "yes we need the sun, the warmth... as we are vegans, we need a lot of fruits and vegtables, so south is where we trive! Looking for more water and green landscapes we moved recently to Portugal. And we must say Portugal looks fabulous, it is an absolute joy to walk every day in your beautiful nature, the waterfalls, the woods!!"

When Hans was 14 years old, he went to a rock concert and felled deep within, that he will too, play guitar, make music and perform on stage to share it! And so, he worked his money together and bought his first electric guitar when he was 15. He is an autodidact, so he taught himself playing the guitar and played his first gig at age 16 and quickly started to make his own music that was of a high quality, yet very different in genre. He created several bands and played many gigs. 

 

Kathleen  was singing in very private spaces, as for family gatherings , car and shower singing and singing in an antroposofique musical play. After they moved to Spain she began to sing more and more, mainly covers in the beginning but she realised that she did not like -the greatest hits- any more… and started to find other music like Sam Garett, Yaima, Snatam Kaur, Mike Love, Rising Apalacha, … that was refreching and healing… that got her really inspired to go within and start making own melodies and lyrics.

 

Hans bought again an acoustic guitar and after some experiences, summer ‘19, they both dicided to start as a duo. And Haleen was born, the name Haleen comes from the first two letters of Hans and the last four letters of Kathleen. And so their musical journey started and they keep on growing fast, doing all the editing, mixing, video’s, promotions them selves, they are completly undependent and free..
