a clenching fist, I will persist,
all eyes to the top,

put words into motion, so soothing, grooving, flowing, glowing like sun tan lotion, lets cause an explosion, 
eyes looking everywhere, 
no matter where you look theres always a stare,
learning not to give a fuck, saying so what man I don't care,
Im a free lion just don't piss me off and step into my lair, 
most of the time its sleeping deep within me,
but rustle some feathers whipping the leathers, 
do not be mistaken when this fire awakens and the lion within me gets to roam free.,
unapproachable, as the lion in the grass keeps low walking slow, showing and  knowing that one is very poachable but in his pack who has his back can also be very sociable
so when I hear haters comments i'll see you later as I know its all nonsense, 
bla bla bla, ra, ra, ra, im a lost cause... pause ... maybe baby but ah well fuck it, I ent throwing my talents in the bucket,
so like it or not I'm never guna stop, 
see my middle finger I stick up in between writing this riddle don't you linger when I say suck it cos I won't chuck it, Im like a pringle pot lid once your lid goes pop you never can stop, 
My dreams it seems are never to far for me to accomplish,
I just gotta stand tall shine like a star and not stand for any pish, 
smile for a while hence the name in this game Tripple.L which altogether spells live love and laugh
why aim for the sky when we have walked on the moon,
its time my wings expanded to fly as I feel my goals shall be approaching me soon.

IN SILENT began in 1996 as an initiative of Marcin Skoczylas (guitar) and Konrad Ozdoba (guitar & vocals). Soon new people joined: Tomasz Nogaj (bass), Marcin Bęczkowski (drums), Anna Jędrzejewska (vocals) and Dariusz Chmiel (keyboards). After a few months of rehearsing the band played some gigs in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Ożarów. 1997 was the year of next gigs and the first visit in AMBS Studio. The first demo entitled "In silent" was recorded. This material got good reviews in such music magazines as for example Metal Hammer. The music on the demo was a mixture of death and doom metal. In 1998 after a tragic death of Darek his place behind keyboards took Artur Mizera. Another change in the line up was a new drummer. Wojtek Mizera joined the band and his coming has influenced the music face of the group. With his presence another material "Czwarta część mgnienia " was recorded. In 1999 the band entered PROMEDIA STUDIO with the next material " ...bloody harvest of the nature..." and visible changes in music style. The music started to evolve into more brutal sounds.In this material keyboards were handled by Marcin Opałka. As a result of the recorded demo, the band increased their gigging activity. The new millennium was a further progress towards the most extreme kinds of metal and even more gigs. The following years the band concentrated on the new material and a quite long break was caused by Konrad's departure.  The year 2009 is finally the full line up and the effect of a demo recorded again in AMBS Studio.The summer of 2011 Thomas Nogaj left for personal reasons IN SILENT ranks, and his place was taken by Damian Maciag bassist and vocalist CARNAGE OF TRIDENT. 
Between April and July 2012 with the participation of JANEK BRYT SCREW FACTORY STUDIO Debica material was recorded for the first official album-"POTĘPIENIE". The material contained seven tracks that oscillate in the brutal death-black metal. "POTĘPIENIE" has been  promoted during "Southern blast tour" in Poland with new drummer – Kamil “Klaus” Pięta.   First album got many positive reviews at Polish and foreign music magazines.
Year 2017 brings new album " Martwy dopływ Wisły". Material also was recorded at "Screw factory studio" with Janusz Bryt. New album includes ten death metal songs. 
Currently we're promoting album during “Martwy tour” in Poland.

The HardCount is a rock n roll band cut from the same cloth as Motorhead, The Misfits, AC/DC, the Ramones and Johnny Cash. The most important thing to us is that everyone has a good time. We start by having a good time ourselves. Rock n Roll is in our blood, it keeps us sane enough to walk the planet with "normal people". If we didn't have this we'd be dead. It all started by accident, sort of. All of us had our own things going, we started doing stuff with each other and it snowballed into The Hardcount. The biggest thing that makes us special (in my opinion) is that each individual knows thier "part". No one needs to worry about a screw up, an attitude, being late, talking trash, getting too drunk or, just being a dick. Trusting that every other member know what to do, we only worry about 1 thing....making sure that every person that watches us is left speachless! We love what we do and it shows. Even if it isn't your "style" or "scene" you are going to walk away saying "that was really good" (that's the goal anyways). We don't cancel shows, we don't get there late, if we are treated disrespectfully by the club or staff we take with a smile (we will most likely be washing our hair the next time you want us to play though), we don't argue about money, we don't fight with anyone, we don't trash the place and, we make evry performace seem like it is going to be our last day on earth....we leave it all on stage. 

The Hardcount is led by singer The Reverend Adumb Green (brother of Modest Mouse drummer Jeremiah Green), who has his hand on the trigger at all times and does not hesitate to pull it. The Reverend preaches his message to the congregation, delivering lyrics that cover life’s ups and downs by way of his gravelly whiskey-soaked voice, not unlike Tom Waits or maybe Lemmy of Motorhead. 

The one and only Zen Master V brings guitar love that will thrill you with twists, turns and newly discovered levels of aural sensations around each corner. His resume of experience is too deep to list. 

Behind the Zen Master is a rhythm section that provides the raw power behind this rock and roll machine. Drummer T-Roy is the hard-hitting, no gimmicks, straight to work, longshoreman of the drum world. His history as a drummer began when he was in grade school and has never hit the drums better than he does now for the Hardcount. Bass duty goes to Disco Donnie; former lead singer and guitar player for Jack the Hotrod. Disco also played lead guitar for the Seattle band Guns of Nevada. With The Hardcount, Disco plays the bass like a man obsessed by equal parts love and hate.

Nothing in the world is black and white (except for our logo). Everything is gray and we hope to paint a picture with our music that we are all stuck on this garbage planet, we all have heartbreak, loneliness, bad times, good times, the mornings (or afternoons) we don't want to get out of bed, questions about the meaning of life, traffic jams, hangovers, empty bank accounts, momentous joy, death and, most importantly.....life!

A former DJ on Seattle radio station 107.7 the End, the Reverend Adumb Green is one of a kind and to see him front The Hardcount is an event not to be missed. 

Born...got screwed "literally" over many times causing personal trauma...living the trauma to death. Thank you for a great mind screw...better than the real thing.

The Reason Why People End Their Life//

I know what it’s like to feel that ending it is the natural next step. How f’d up is that? That thinking suicide is the next step? Like it makes sense to end it. That moment is what prompted me to reach out and talk to someone. But not everyone has that insight when they’re that deep in the dark, murky little hole we label as “depression”. Like a cave that lures you in. slowly. Making you think that following it into the darkness is the way to go.

I’ve heard people say that suicide is selfish. But having been close to that edge, I’ll tell you right now, people who are contemplating death aren’t thinking on a level where emotions or standard logic even really apply. We’re just thinking, how do I get out of this hole? What’s the next step? And the darkness is what answers. It’s sinister. Like a siren calling sailors to the sea. So it isn’t really a choice that we make. You can call them selfish, but people don’t just one day become depressed and then boom. They’ve taken their life. Like “screw you, family, and friends”. No. They’re impaired. It takes months, if not years, of feeling as though you’re up to your knees in mud, surrounded by a thick, sound-absorbent fog, 24/7. So it takes a while. And by that time, their mind and emotions are just a tangled, unrecognizable web. So it’s not that they don’t care. It’s just that nothing is rational at that point.

Other times, ya, it can be more sudden. like a person just isn’t equipped to handle stress at all. things might compile quickly and then instead of looking for an exit at the front or back, they take the ejection hatch instead, because the front and back doors still have more problems. Do you see what I mean? But chronic depression? That’s more debilitating. Because it's every single day. And life never stops. They aren't given time to navigate or process what's hurt them. And if a number of things happen before being able to heal from the last insult, it becomes cumulative. It snowballs. So if you ever see someone who strikes you as though they might be struggling, just show them love. Compliments work great. Even from a stranger. Something as simple as holding a door open and smiling at them can be all it takes. Or if it's a friend or family member, just get off their back and interact with them from the heart. Just love. I mean don’t assume they’re thinking of taking their own life, but everyone appreciates a random thoughtful gesture so there’s no harm in a gesture, even if you’re not right about it. But if by chance they are struggling, it's those small, seemingly insignificant gestures that can be all it takes to remind them that hey. there is a light. here it is. and it’s in the opposite direction the darkness is coaxing them. Even if that light appears dim to them at the time, now it’s there. It makes them remember there's another path behind them. They heard your call, albeit muffled. But That's the pivotal point right there.

Most people don’t just pop out of it. It took them a while to get there so it’s going to take a while to get them back out. And it is going to take a ton of effort for them to trudge all the way back. so turning back around has to seem worth it, because they’ve used up all their energy for so long already. they’re depleted. So you need to trickle charge them. One day at a time. gentle persistence.

It’s when people never experience an interjection of light, the people who forgot there even was another path, that’s when they do it. They continue into the darkness. And to them, it just makes sense. Because they’re welcomed by the dark. It’s inviting. and it feels right. good, almost. So they follow it.

Audiophiles, crate diggers, and people who don't think that just playing it safe is the way to go can send me wine and trinkets at this profile page. Sharing music most would consider "outside of the box" with like minded people should not only be the opiate of the masses, but is one of the most exquisite pleasures on earth. Refusing to talk about oneself in the 3rd person is also admirable, profiles aren't important, sound scapes are. No garden gnomes allowed and feel;free to enjoy some things that my grandma might surely find offensive. Nothing is in order although i suppose the last set i did on here was Little Green Men From Uranus. I've been on hiatus, but hiatus over.:)
