A follow up from the Neo Green Hill Zone remix, I've been meaning to do a remix of this iconic level for a while but couldn't decide on a style to do it in. So eventually I blended the style of my NGHZ remix with a dash of Sonic Mania's.

Green Hill Zone ( 90's Jazz Fusion Remix)

For some reason, when thinking of a genre to remix 'Final Zone' it was a blend of New Wave and 'Anime Final Fight' kinda music. I wasn't too interested in making another remix for the normal Boss Theme so I decided to blend that theme into here as both themes are very short compare to others in the soundtrack

Final Zone (New Wave Remix)

For the longest time, people have compared Bridge Zone from Sonic 1 (8 Bit) to Janet Jackson's 1997 hit 'Together Again'. Both having very similar lead hooks, so I decided to make a remix using the timbre and arrangement of Jackson's song but changing the key and melodies to match the Sonic track.

Bridge Zone '97 Mix

Jungle Zone is one of those run of the mill chirpy game tracks for me, that I find personally sounds like it belongs in a Mario Game. I figured because of the nature of the track that I'd give it a Saturday Morning Cartoon feel to it.

Jungle Zone '91 Mix

I quite like the 8 bit take of Labyrinth Zone, has a nice jazzy feel to it. So with this remix, I wanted a more mysterious and sneaky vibe to it. Like as if Sonic is snooPING around the dark caves of Labyrinth Zone, unsure what he'll find next.

A retooling of the AOSTH Sonic Theme, shortened down and re-arranged a little to fit the style of the iconic title screen.

Another retooling of AOSTH Sonic's Theme but re-arranged to fit the ending theme from Sonic 1.

Sonic 1 - Ending Theme (AOSTH Remix)

When listening back to this one, I couldn't help but hear a resemblance to my track 'Cityline Cruiser', so I thought I'd mash the two up but replace the lead with a synth sax, to give it that 'end of the show' feel. Another thing about this track is that many believe it to be the inspiration behind Arid Sands from Sonic Unleashed, it's definitely a possibility.
