Fell down so many times, had to battle my fear /  
Nightmares on repeat, trauma deep in my chest /  
Got me lookin’ at the sky like, “Lord, what’s next?” /  
Back then I was reckless, runnin’ wild in the street /  
Now I’m fightin’ all these demons, tryna stand on my feet /  
They see the scars, but they don’t know the half of the pain /  
Lost so many people, still tryna keep sane /  
It’s a cold world, everybody move fake /

But I know my worth, I ain’t livin’ for show /  
God pulled me out the dirt, yeah, He saved my soul /  
Used to think I’d die young, wasn’t scared of the grave /

I was swimmin’ with the sharks, lost hope in the dark /  
But His light broke through and gave me back my heart /

I was trapped in the storm, now I’m free from the sin /  
I ain’t claimin’ to be perfect, but I’m real with my flaws /

Turned my trauma into power, now I’m answerin’ the call. /
