Hi everyone, it feels like it’s been a while since I last posted any music. I had some nice time away on holiday. Fortunately I’m now feeling all refreshed, it’s time to get back into the music. So today, I thought I would drop Gatecrasher Experiences episode 11. In this one I have invited back Rob Kellaghan, this time to change things up, he will be taking on the Early mix, as opposed to his previous late mix, which went down very well. His mix starts with Deep, Proggy sounds which build up gradually and methodically into more uplifting territories which provides a great warm up to pass onto my Late mix, which gets into the more driving and uplifting sounds of crasher, as usual with a few rare hidden gems aswell as being well balanced with some of the more popular classics. Autumn trance Classics 2025

Good evening, here is the 13th episode of Gatecrasher Experiences. I am very happy to invite Eddie Swales into the equation. After meeting Eddie a couple of times at Trance events, I realised he was as passionate as myself about the former club brand Gatecrasher and all the memories of the nights we have had there. Eddie began his DJing journey making Gatecrasher inspired mixes and posting them to music pages. Eddie’s mixes were passed onto Crasher legend Scott Bond, which then gained Eddie a set at the Rebooted afterparty, which if you ask me is the closest event you can get to a Gatecrasher event these days. Eddie has now gone on to bag bookings at various Trance events including Sets in the Trance Festival in Malta. I can’t thank Eddie enough for putting in the time and effort to make another Crasher mix, as I know he has very much enjoyed putting it together. Eddie is such a nice, positive guy and always enthusiastic about Trance music. I am looking forward to seeing him at future events.

Eddie Swales' passion is trance music. 3 years ago he took the plunge and took a keen interest in DJing. 

Eddie Swales has a passion for the classics and a substantial back catalogue, influenced from the Gatecrasher era of the late 90s and early 2000s. His style is diverse and continues to evolve, playing tech, uplifting and vocal trance both classic and current.

Eddie quickly realised from his impressive reach with his mixes and radio shows that he had discovered a raw talent and an outlet for his love for all things trance.

2023 was Eddie’s breakthrough year. Following the success of his online mixes Eddie has gained a loyal and ever-growing fan base which was soon noticed by Scott Bond. Seeing his devotion to the music that fuelled a generation, Eddie was chosen to play a set at the after-party of the Rebooted event in Sheffield.

Following this he has also played at Anomaly’s ASOL, Binary Finary’s Classic Trance event Unified, Reminiscence, The Trance Empire and Club Classics, warming up for AJ Gibson, Lost Witness, Kyau & Albert, The Thrillseekers and Signum. Eddie has also played internationally for Euphoria Weekender in Malta and also One More Time in Ibiza

With his sights set on entering the realms of production in the future, Eddie continues to express his love for our favourite genre via as many avenues as possible.

"Tune selection really is an art and in order to get it right, it requires significant preparation and having the right amount of ingredients. It has always been about the journey. Therefore, variety is required to aid the listeners on their nostalgic fix with a torrent of dancefloor destroyers to those forgotten treasures which were unfortunately overshadowed at the time."
