Lego joins for DifferentSound Podcast #157.

Born in Stockholm Lego got by the age of 16 enchanted by the track Pass This On produced by the Swedish sibling duo The Knife, and from this moment on she fell in love with electronic music. She started to explore the techno scene in Sweden as well as world wide which soon inspired her to start doing underground raves and monthly club nights in diferent clubs in her hometown. In 2012 the will of spreading her own favourite tunes lead her into the DJ-booth. Her driving, trippy and hypnotic sets have since then taken her to festivals like Exit in Serbia, Eden Hill Festival in Taiwan, and Freedom Festival in Colombia, as well as clubs like Tresor in Berlin, Tango in Paraguay, Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen and Hall in Tallin, to name a few. Lego also holds a recidency at the German Schumacher Club in Bochum. In 2022 she had her frst release on the Norwegian imprint Krill Music, where all profts from the sells are going to help the people of Ukraine during the war.

Odd Hills is a Lithuanian born, London based techno DJ, co-founder of Temple.Recordings and event series Temple.Invites.
His love for electronic music began from a young age, but it wasn’t until he emigrated to the UK that he identified his true sound and style. Incorporating dark and melodic elements with experimental sounds, his unique style truly takes listeners on a mesmerising journey. His hard work and dedication to the scene has led him to play across a range of clubs in London, as well as in Glasgow and Vilnius.

The lack of physical events across the past few years has led to increased focus on the Temple.Prayer podcast series, which features a broad spectrum of techno styles, allowing up and coming DJs a chance to showcase their work, alongside international heavy-hitters.

Atomik is a passionate vinyl collector and a prominent figure in Budapest's nightlife, with a collection spanning genres from electro to techno to trance. Over the past two decades, he has become a staple at various acid parties, Technokunst events, and Alkotótábor, where his sets are always festival highlights.  He has left his mark on iconic venues in Budapest’s underground scene, including Kultiplex, Süss Fel Nap, Lärm, Corvintető, and Merlin. He’s also played at A38, Toldi Club, and Akvárium, as well as at festivals like Ozora, VOLT, and Balaton Sound.  Atomik has shared the stage with artists such as Matrixxman, Marcal, Kr!z, DJ Pete aka Substance, Shed, Marrøn, Mathys Lenne, Janina, and Filippa Pacho. Known for his diverse style, constant innovation, and technical skill, he holds residencies at Nemdebar and has been a resident DJ for AETHER Club's TAEC party series since autumn 2022.

In the ashen lands, where nights stretch longer than days and the air hums with sounds only the chosen can hear, lives Sinicuichi — a techno-alchemist, master of entheogens, and keeper of the secrets of psychic magic. His name echoes like a whisper from a forgotten world, and his knowledge reaches beyond the grasp of human understanding.  

They say Sinicuichi emerged from the depths of the ashes. An ancient tale tells of his discovery in the ruins of a laboratory where the alchemists of the Great Machine Era once worked. A wandering seeker stumbled upon rhythmic vibrations emanating from beneath the ground. When he unearthed the source, he found a child surrounded by glowing crystals and broken machinery.  

The boy was named Sinicuichi, after one of the plants found nearby — a flower said to unlock the doors of the subconscious. From an early age, he displayed extraordinary talent. His eyes, glinting like liquid metal, seemed to see far more than words could ever describe.  

From his youth, Sinicuichi was drawn to realms beyond ordinary perception. He became enchanted by the remnants of ancient mechanisms and the plants that thrived amidst the ruins. He combined oils, extracts, and powders with fragments of forgotten technology, creating potions and devices that could bend reality itself.  

Deep underground, in his hidden laboratory, organic matter fuses with metal. Here, ancient machines breathe ethereal vapors, and mechanical vessels fill with glowing liquids. His greatest power is psychic magic, an art he mastered through the union of entheogens and ancient machines. Sinicuichi can peer into thoughts, conjure illusions, and open gateways to other worlds.  

But his alchemy is not merely an art — it is also a weapon. His creations can heal or destroy. With one potion, he can mend a shattered heart; with another, he can trap a mind in a labyrinth of endless fears.  

Sinicuichi is not just an inventor or an alchemist. He is a wanderer between worlds. His quest always leads him to the edge of consciousness and dreams, life and death. Legend has it that he seeks a formula capable of restoring the world, though the price might be his own humanity.  

Every night, strange lights glow above his laboratory, and the air fills with sounds resembling a techno-sonic mantra. Those who glimpse them say it is more than light — it is the whispers of worlds he strives to unite.  

Sinicuichi is a reminder that science, magic, and nature can become part of the same dance. Yet whether that dance will bring creation or destruction is a truth only he knows.
