In love and greedy to know this mysterious music born where the sun rises. But we're made of western music, not just classical one. Any kind. That’s it. We’ve sucked it with milk when we’re children. We’ve attended many music’s stages and Seminars, we’ve had our Conservatory’s degree and, even so, we’re still eager to play. So, an odd idea came to us. Hailing from Brisbane Australia, a city most notably renowned for its beautiful coastal beaches and vast music culture is where talented Dj and producer Dan Delaforce discovered his passion for electronic music. Inspired by superstars to the likes of Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Above & Beyond, Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz and Aly & Fila; Dan had his eyes set on making an impact in his local Trance scene, with an amazing start to his DJ career he quickly became a firm favourite with being awarded residencies and guest spots at venues such as The Ark, The Bank, Trockadero, Madison, Envy Hotel, Platinum, Sin City, Birdies & Amped.
Dan Delaforce is testament to his passion and he knew that there was no turning back from his path; having enrolled himself into SAE Byron Bay, he then launched the next phase of his journey on becoming one of Australia’s most professional producer talents. Since graduating from SAE in 2010 Dan has been a very achieved in his goals resulting from long dedicated hours in the studio, earning him high praises with his magnetic and euphoric trance sound. With over 20 releases to date not to mention consistently appearing on play lists of many renown Dj’s including Dan’s most influential and inspiration artist, Aly & Fila. Dan Delaforce has truly earned his stripes within the Australian dance scene, having starting his world class self-titled record label ‘Delaforce Recordings’ allowing new talented artists to be recognised. With his busy schedule in the studio as well as the everyday operations of running a record label, his production talents are in demand with invitations to release new singles and remixes on various labels such as Mashbuk, Transire, Deepsink Digital, Appointed Sub Label – Trance Element, MindLifting, State Control, Defcon, Beyond Perception Music, Sundance, Mysterious Station, Redux, KSX-Critical State, D-Max, Red Zone, TFB. some info on My So-Called Posse:
My "so-called" Posse consists of Caesar, Luv~wikkid and kirbdog. Brought about in Late '99, MSCP recorded two tracks in early 2000 at Soundlab studios with Lee Faith as producer. . . The name is obviously a referance to the similarly named tv show and was intended as a jab at all them "thugs" fakin', actin' hard. MSCP takes a light-hearted vantage point on social attrocities and makes them something to love as you would a kitten, although i hate cats. . . lyrically and musically a blend of many influences ranging from sci-fi, horror, ancient chinese literature, recreational drug use and even referancing a Troll that once guarded the fridge from which all life is chilled, MSCP is the band that killed D-chill. . . Recently Rumours have surfaced that MSCP may have new material in the works and if you can read all the signs, hidden in their lines, rumour has it that they've taken a break from the scene, but seem to be coming right back up in it. of late the posse have hooked up with several other cats, Just-For-Fun-Assassin, John Wilkes Doe, and even an inter-dimentional terrorrist that fancies himself some sort of pterosaur..Thee Ptera-dact-DAMN!!!


Biotchalism Clone War era:

so then, what do you know about the Biotchalism Clone War? not a lot i can imagine, as there has been a massive, ongoing cover-up enacted by several governments and all major news outlets.

several months ago the Biotchalism Army said this, alluding to it's origins and goals:

       "Folklore tells a story of a group known as "My so called posse" Claiming one of their assassins murdered D-chill. But little did they know His wounds were secretly doctored and his body was frozen in a dark basement for years. One night during an electrical storm the power went out and D-chills body unthawed. Pinned to his chest was a note explaining in great detail who had tried to murder him. Hurt and confused his first mission was to hunt down the perpetrators who locked him in his frozen chamber. But little known to him he has the food born illness that Biotchalism. His revenge was short lived for he died before he could seek justice. But unknown to him a copy cat style murderous vigilante took up his reigns and formed the "Biotchalism Army". They vow to hunt and destroy any﻿ and all who had to do with D-chills original Demise..."

for a time the Biotchalism Army carried out a campaign of death and destruction, building their numbers and spreading their biotchalistic disease.

MSCP fired back with specific and deliberate operations. operations intended to not only stem the growth of the army, but also cause unrest within it's ranks.
 
and then, The ViroMental was revealed.

          "The Army sensed﻿ a new rebellion uprising from MSCP and switched course and disbanded. The clone army still thrives but chose a new name and a new general to Puppetmaster the cause. " I used to be much more fascinated by the pleasures of sound than the pleasures of smell. I was enthralled by them, but you broke my bonds and set me free. I admit that I still find some enjoyment in the music of hymns, which are alive with your praises, when I hear them sung by well-trained melodious voices. But I do not enjoy it so much that I cannot tear myself away. I can leave it when I wish. But if I am not to turn a deaf ear to music, which is the setting for the words which give it life, I must allow it a position of some honor in my heart, and I find it difficult to assign it to its proper place. For sometimes I feel that I treat it with more honor than it deserves. I realize that when they are sung these sacred words stir my mind to greater religious fervor and kindle in me a more ardent form of piety than they would if they were not sung; and I also know that there are particular modes in song and the voice, corresponding to my various emotions and able to stimulate them because of some mysterious relationship between the two. But I ought not to allow my mind to be paralysed by the gratification of my senses, which often leads it astray. For the senses are not content to take second place. Simply because I allow them their due, as adjuncts to reason, they attempt to take precedence and forge ahead of it, with the result that I sometimes sin in this way but am not aware of it until later.

Sometimes, too, from over-anxiety to avoid this particular trap I make the mistake of being too strict. When this happens, I have no wish but to exclude from my ears, and from the ears of the Church as well, all the melody of those lovely chants to which the Psalms of David are habitually sung; and it seems safer to me to follow the precepts which I remember often having heard ascribed to Athanasius, bishop of Alexandria, who used to oblige the lectors to recite the psalms with such slight modulation of the voice that they seemed to be speaking rather than chanting. But when I remember the tears that I shed on hearing the songs of the Church in the early days, soon after I had recovered my faith, and when I realize that nowadays it is not the singing that moves me but the meaning of the words when they are sung in a clear voice to the most appropriate tune, I again acknowledge the great value of this practice. So I waver between the danger that lies in gratifying the senses and the benefits which, as I know from experience, can accrue from singing. Without committing myself to an irrevocable opinion, I am inclined to approve of the custom of singing in church, in order that by indulging the ears weaker spirits may be inspired with feelings of devotion. Yet when I find the singing itself more moving than the truth which it conveys, I confess that this is a grievous sin, and at those times I would prefer not to hear the singer.

This, then is my present state. Let those of my readers whose hearts are filled with charity, from which good actions spring, weep with me and weep for me. Those who feel no charity in themselves will not be moved with my words. But I beg you, O Lord my God, to look upon me and listen to me. Have pity on me and heal me, for you see that I have become a problem to myself, and this is the ailment from which I suffer."

Ink For Paper is a musical project born thanks to the collaboration of 3 big Italian DJs: Max Monti, Max PadovanI and Massimo Olivieri.
In the last years these DJs worked in the most prestigious clubs all over Italy. In the years they also had the opportunity to share the console with big international DJs such as Martin Solveig, Bob Sin- clar, Michael Gray and many others.
Thanks to their experiences they decided to unite their forces and feelings in order to create a col- lective shaped on the Deep House culture together with ethnical inspirations. Their first magical atmosphere they gave life to is called “Fisabeat”. And it’s like diving in a spiral that brings us on a trip, between accordions and sensual rhythms, joyful shouts, children’s voices, drums and guitars’ chords touched lightly. We can listen to the sound of water and sometimes to something like a si- lent, mysterious, almost imperceptible whish. And maybe the power of this track is that everyone can hear and feel something different, something that you really desire in that precise moment. It’s enough to close your eyes and get carried away by the exotic and summer rhythm, something that takes possessions of our body and makes us dance. Like there is no tomorrow. And we mean it.

PYTRA OYSTER

Una noche, Noelia soñó que era manager de un grupo de rock formado por mujeres. Oía las canciones, organizaba conciertos y abría una caja llena de álbumes. Sobre ellos, el nombre de la banda: Pytra Oyster. Se despertó y pensó que era un buen nombre y que si algún día tenía un grupo, lo llamaría así. Significa algo y nada a la vez, parece un nombre y un apellido pero no lo es... Lo escribió en un papel para no olvidarlo y volvió a dormir.

Unos años después, seguro que más de cinco y menos de diez, Noelia fue a un concierto del grupo de su hermana. Nico era el técnico de sonido y Noelia se quedó embelesada con la concentración y el amor con que trabajaba, con las largas barbas que se gastaba. Empezaron a hablar y se enamoró de lo que vio tras aquellas barbas. Nico se enamoró de lo que intuyó tras las gafas de Noelia.

Y en algún momento, empezaron a hablar de música. De Sonic Youth, de Enrique Morente, Kyuss, Tortoise, Queens of the Stone Age, Jeff Buckley, Patti Smith, Radiohead, Low, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, Mark Lanegan, Nick Drake, Bill Callahan, John Coltrane, Viaje a 800, Wilco, Miles Davis, Betunizer, Cuzo, Betty Davis, Elliott Smith, Cowboy Junkies, Matt Elliott, TOOL, AC/DC, Los enemigos, 713avo amor, Bob Dylan, Beach Boys, Marvin Gaye, Sunn O, Lisabö, Sex Pistols, Erik Satie, Nina Simone, The Velvet Underground, Neil Young…

Además de hablar, a los pocos días de conocerse empezaron a hacer ruido juntos, y decidieron que la química era buena, así que, Noelia le contó a Nico aquél sueño de hacía años, y Pytra Oyster se materializó. Los ruidos comenzaron a ser canciones o se convirtieron en nuevos ruidos.

Nico tocaba de vez en cuando con su amigo Roy, que conoció a Noe en una cena en casa de otro amigo. Roy tocaba también la guitarra con otros grupos y hacía temas para su mundo en solitario: Royness, que eran como él mismo, introvertidos a veces, atrevidos otras, siempre imaginativos.

Nico era además el técnico de sonido de Jaleo Real, un grupo de rumba de combate, cuyo cantante, Sito, era también batería, niño payaso y loro parlanchín. Más de un año después de que Pytra Oyster existiera como dúo, Sito empezó a tocar la batería con ellos. Mientras tanto, Roy había empezado a tocar también el bajo en un grupo de swing, Mala Junta Trío, y se unió a ellos también con su bajo, su voz y algunas de sus canciones.

Esa es Pytra Oyster ahora mismo, de momento y, ojalá, por muchos años.

Nico, Noe, Sito y Roy son Pytra Oyster.  Llevan dos años juntos haciendo una suerte de rock con toques de lo que les sale sin pensar mucho. Les gustan las guitarras con ruiditos, los bajos y las baterías contundentes y sincopadas. A veces cantan, a veces no. Cuando no cantan, les gustaría sugerir espacios imaginarios, no muy evidentes, cambiantes, que se formen en la cabeza del que los oye y que mantengan la incertidumbre de la ruta, que no se sepa muy bien dónde van a aterrizar. Hay toques de melancolía y de oscuridad, pero también hay ritmo y caos. Cuando cantan, les gusta hablar de otros modos de ver. Sueñan con un mundo que sepa trascender la realidad limitada en que nos manejamos y que sugiera que no hay formas definitivas, que no hay una manera única de ser hombre, mujer, músico. La clave de todo, el amor. El amor por la música, el amor como expresión perfecta de la comunicación.

PYTRA OYSTER

One night, Noelia had a dream in which she was the manager of an all-women rock band. She heard the songs, organized concerts and opened a box filled with albums. On them, the band's name: Pytra Oyster. Noelia woke up and thought it was a good name and that if she ever had a band, that would be the name for it. It means something and nothing at the same time, it seems somebody’s first and last name but it isn’t… She wrote it up on a piece of paper not to forget it and went back to sleep.

A few years later, surely more than five but less than ten, Noelia went to a concert of her sister’s band. Nico was the sound engineer and Noelia was spellbound by the concentration and love he showed when doing his job, by the long beard he sported. They started to talk and she fell in love with what she saw behind that beard. Nico fell in love with what he sensed behind Noelia's glasses.

At some point, they started to talk about music. About Sonic Youth, about Enrique Morente, Kyuss, Tortoise, Queens of the Stone Age, Jeff Buckley, Patti Smith, Radiohead, Low, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, Mark Lanegan, Nick Drake, Bill Callahan, John Coltrane, Viaje a 800, Wilco, Miles Davis, Betunizer, Cuzo, Betty Davis, Elliott Smith, Cowboy Junkies, Matt Elliott, TOOL, AC/DC, Los enemigos, 713avo amor, Bob Dylan, Beach Boys, Marvin Gaye, Sunn O, Lisabö, Sex Pistols, Erik Satie, Nina Simone, The Velvet Underground, Neil Young…

Beside talking, they started to make some noise together a few days after they met, and they decided the chemistry was good, so Noelia told Nico about that old dream and Pytra Oyster took shape. The noises turned into songs or became new noise.

Now and again, Nico would jam with his friend Roy, who met Noe at some friend’s dinner party. Roy also played guitar in other bands and wrote songs for his own solo world: Royness, which were just like him, sometimes introverted, sometimes daring, always imaginative.

Nico worked as Jaleo Real’s ‑—a rumba band whose singer, Sito, was also a drummer, clown-child and a chatterbox—‑ sound engineer. After a year of existence as a duo, Sito joined Pytra Oyster to do the drumming. In the meantime, Roy had started to play bass with a swing band, Mala Junta Trío, and joined them as well with his bass, his voice and some of his songs.

That is Pytra Oyster as it was born, as it is today and how it will hopefully be for many years to come.

Nico, Noe, Sito and Roy are Pytra Oyster. They’ve been making a kind of rock blended with thoughtless sounds for two years. They like noisy guitars, blunt and syncopated bass lines and drumming. Sometimes they sing, sometimes they don’t. When they don’t, they’d like to suggest imaginary landscapes, changing and not too obvious, the kind that materialize in the listeners’ head and keep the route uncertain, mysterious about where the music will land. There is a touch of melancholy and darkness, but there’s also rhythm and chaos. When they sing, they like to talk about different ways of seeing. They dream of a world that knows how to transcend the limited reality we live in, that suggests that there is no final form, there is not just one way of being man, woman, musician. The key to everything, love. Love for music, love as the perfect expression of communication.
