Oyobi is a musical project that explores the boundary between traditional folkloric rhythms and machine-based analogue electronica. Because those views of music exploration is shared closely with Deep Culture we were excited to explore the possibility of working together. Oro Mi Coro is a past release by Myles and Toto that Oyobi wanted to revisit and see what kind of touch they could put on it. What came out of it was a Electronic, Funked out Broken Afro Beat vibe. Sounds crazy but when you hear the song all of those styles make sense. Even with all of those Genres involved it makes for the perfect recipe of the Oyobi signature sound. It's playful, mature and done tastefully.

In this remix, they take Milans original version and completely rework it, adding new chordal progressions, Caribbean influenced rhythm, and new synthetic texture elements.  A definite vibe for the dance floor.

Milan says: "its a song I wrote to let my friends know that I have their backs. After a long and challenging week nobody is going to mess with our weekend good vibes! No random gatecrashers coming to parties bringing that negative energy. Surround yourself with good people and deflect the rest.
