Intro To The 7 Chakras

The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first of the seven main energy centers in the body. Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with grounding, safety, and our connection to the physical world. When balanced, it brings a sense of stability, security, and belonging. This track is  written in the musical note C , the note the root chakra resonates with and contains the bija (seed) mantra LAM, which can be chanted to help restore balance and vitality to this foundational energy center. Root Chakra

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the second chakra, located just below the navel. It governs our emotions, creativity, sensuality, and the flow of pleasure and desire. When balanced, it supports emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and a vibrant creative life. This track is written in musical note D, which is the note the sacral chakra resonates with and contains the bija mantra VAM, which can be chanted to awaken and harmonize this center of emotional and creative expression. This track is also tuned to 432Hz, believe to bring about healing on a cellular level.

The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is the third chakra, located in the upper abdomen around the stomach area. It is the center of personal power, confidence, and self-worth. When in balance, it supports motivation, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.
